"Eli!" Elaine screamed at his absurd words. He was taking it a step too far by planning to reveal himself to Helen. "You have gone too far with this one son. I will not allow it and your father will not allow it. Did you bring her here thinking we would help you?"
"Not exactly father but for you to help her. She'll need someone with your influence to help guide her in ways I won't be able to," Eli stated his plans.
"Son-"
Eli interrupted his mother before she could decline and said, "Are you aware some groups of creatures are planning to reveal themselves to the world? I learned about it months ago but who knows where their plans are now mother. Before that happens I will let Helen know the truth."
"What…" Elaine trailed off in disbelief. She had heard no such plan recently to reveal anything. There had always been creatures who talked about revealing their identity but never went through with it.
