The man stared at me , and I stared back . "Enough of this , let's get moving." I walked past him , straight to Ben and untied him whilst the the others stay like statues , amazed by my confidence .
As expected , the man , who I now suspected was the leader of the group , stopped me from untying Ben completely , holding my hands back . "Let go ."
Staring at someone with no emotions at all can help you in may ways depending on the situation . I stared at him , not wanting to speak because at a time like this , I didn't even know what to say .
Unfortunately , my 'No emotion' stare didn't seem to effect him . "You want to know what I can do to this fragile human body ?" I laughed when he called me human . Can't people like him sense supernatural creatures ? He must have thought that I thought they were just mafia or gang kidnappers , when I know all about their carvings , as well as that they're not humans .
With a small motion of my hand , I broke the window that I used to look into the Cabin . "Call me that again please " I replied back sarcastically . I wanted them to be surprised but they had a different reaction . Those people must have had some kind of high value for the Cabin because their demons were summoning themselves and getting into their bodies .
I didn't want to get killed either so I finished untying Ben and dragged him with me to get out of the Cabin as fast I could . "Thanks Rene." Ben talked when we were literally in the middle of trying to save our own lives . "Say that again if you get out of this mess . " He was totally unaware of the situation . It was then that I decided that I would have to talk with his father , Frederick .
They all had some kind of creepy and powerful vibe around them when possessed by the demons they were raising themselves even if they didn't want to admit that they had practically raised them their whole lives .
The Cabin door they locked with magic and I didn't know it's reverse spell so we were practically stuck with 20 demons who wanted to kill the both of us . Wherever we hid , they found us ,, no matter how hard it was to find them . I had to keep using the same disarming spell over and over again just to buy enough time to hide ourselves again . I DID try to find the counter spell for the lock every chance I got but it was all in vain . At least knocking them out would weaken their magic and ,maybe a simple unlocking spell would work on them . I wouldn't have to kill them . Or better , I would have to make the demons come out of their bodies to bring some control for them and maybe they would help me .
Whatever the case was , I would definitely try each and every way that I can think of .
"Ben , just hide behind me no matter what happens , ok ?" He had been trying to save ME from those supernaturally powerful men every time they found our hiding place that it was getting really difficult for me to move . The usage of my powers continuously was tiring me but I had most definitely obtained more resistance towards my tiredness unlike the first time I used my powers . It looked like my stamina grew every time I used my powers so having my powers and a limit was not totally useless . I wouldn't overuse it , as well stop using it .
The cabin was huge but we were totally out of hiding places available . We couldn't hide anywhere we had already hid because they always destroyed that place into nothing to stop us from using it again . That's when I realised something . They might have destroyed what we already used because maybe then , they won't be able to find us . We had the carving that Warner lost , AND we had already unintentionally used it once . So if my theory is correct , both Ben and I would be able to leave this place alive , with some new information about these new creatures .
I took the carving out . Being close to it's kind was making it glow red , doubtless trying to warn the person catching it . "Volo enim vos et particeps possident me dies aliquot !" I didn't waste time to think of the right time because the men were already marching towards us . They were not visible but it was as if they could smell us and were merely following the scent their noses were filled with . The spell that I spelled would allow the demon in the carving we had to possess us , until I order it to leave . I would be the conscious one and Ben would be the one following orders .
They nearly caught us red handed when the demon came out and entered both of us through our hearts .
We heard noises of many whispers . I was surprised when one of them were similar to Lucas's voice . Ben was as surprised as I was . Both of us were engulfed in darkness , except for a screen , just as big as a theatre screen , allowing us to see the activities going on where the demon is seen , instead of us . The other demons thankfully didn't recognise us and moved away , smelling around for our scent again . Until then , we were only able to hear the demon's grunting and growling but now that we were inside a demon , we could hear the men talking to each other .
"Shouldn't we be contacting Frederick right now ?" I was surprised because I had been thinking that they targeted Benjamin because he was Frederick's son . I thought that they had bad blood between them . Frederick was not going to be trusted when I see him the next day , along with Jasper , who said that he wouldn't be able to control if he was possessed by the demon but I could clearly see AND hear that the men were in control of the demons .
They act as if they are the victims . But they are the real monsters . They are even more malicious than Demons and Satans . The dark bulb in my brain lighted up immediately . They were none other than the hybrid of Harpies , Kappas , and Typhons . They're called the Happons .
