Next Morning They packed up their stuff and went to university. There they met Kaylin who was waiting for them in a car.
They went to car and got in. Liam deliberately sat in the front seat and made Noah sit in the back seat with Scarlett.
Through out journey no one said a word. But both Scarlett and Noah were secretly taking glances of each other. And Liam had a naughty smile on his face as he was observing both of them through rear mirror. Kaylin noticed every thing but ignored as she was driving and she had to focus on the road. After an hour they entered a desolated road. There were no human existence there except a few people who were care takers of that area.
After 5 min they stopped in front of an old house.
"Okay guys we have reached", Kaylin said opening her seat belt.
They all got out of the car and the guys started taking out all their bags.
"Is this the place??",Scarlett asked standing next to Kaylin.
"Hmm!", Kaylin replied.
"Do you really think we can find anything good here??", Scarlett asked while looking at the house. "From my perspective this a rather ordinary and normal house.."
"Well you shouldn't judge too quickly as Appearences are deceptive only", Kaylin said and gave Scarlett a smile. "And about finding something, I can't say anything until we don't go in. For now Let's go and help boys as I don't think they will be able to get stuff all by themselves."
"Yeah right! Let's go! ", Scarlett said going towards Boys.
"You need help??", Scarlett asked Noah making him startled as he dropped one of the bags.
"oh! I am sorry. Did I startled you??", Scarlett asked.
"No, I am fine", Noah said.
"No please allow me", Scarlett said taking one of the bags from Noah's hand.
They both started walking towards the house.
They reached the door and they were about to open the door, when suddenly a guy approached them.
"Hey!! What are you all doing??!!", That man shouted drom behind.
He was a tall man with a fit body. He was wearing a hat and an overcoat. He had gloves in his hands. He was looking angry.
He came walking fast and stood in front of them.
"What do you think you kids are doing here??", that man said harshly. "You all think that every thing is an adventure?? You Can do anything for fun or pranks??!! You Immature brats!!
Man was saying all these things when suddenly Noah grabbed him by his collar and pinned him to wall.
" How dare you say that to us??! ", Noah looked straight into his eyes.
Man was shocked at first because he didn't expect Noah to behave like that. He jerked off his hand and freed himself from Noah's grip and was about to punch him but Liam came in between and stopped them.
" Relax sir!!", he said grabbing that man's fist by his hand. "We are here for our research project."
"Research??! Hun! You think you can fool me??, Man released his hand from Liam's grip.
" No sir we are not fooling anyone. Here is our university 's permission letter",Kaylin stepped forward and showed the letter to the Man.
"hahah!", man started laughing loudly, "You bunch of teenagers will do the RESEARCH!! This the funniest thing I have ever heard".
He was laughing and It was annoying everyone.
"As you have seen the permit, now please move", Kaylin said.
"Okay okay! As you say. But first let me introduce myself. I am David and I am a paranormal expert and I have been taking care of this place for years. But I have never seen any one to succeed in this research.
But as you guys seem over enthusiastic I guess it will be fun to watch. I live in that small Inn over there. If you need me I will be there for you. Haha!! Good luck!
He said mocking and went away. Everyone's mood had been spoiled because of him.
Scarlett sighed and stepped forward and said
"It is okay guys he must be a maniac. Let's go!"
They all entered but Noah was standing outside seeing the figure of David disappearing. He did not know why he became more curious about this place after all that David said and also he wanted to know about the secret behind the disappearance and death of the researchers.
