"Your highness, please forgive this peasant for her stupidity. Grant her another chance to rectify." Livia bowed like a servant in front of Aza, who leisurely sat on the couch.
She had her one leg glided over the other. She gave off an arrogant queen vibe. Aza was engrossed in enjoying her cold coffee.
She nodded with her closed eyes.
Livia wasn't sure if Aza had nodded as a response to her or it was just her moments of joy since she was an avid coffee lover.
She looked back at her friends, "Should I continue?" She whispered in a low tone.
They shrugged their shoulders as a reply. They were not confirmed themselves.
"You know right? The one we are talking about here is Aza. Her actions and words never matched in sync." Diana's comment came out as a taunt though it wasn't her intention.
She was merely saying it to Livia as it was her who had asked for help from them. She wasn't at fault if her words were true.
Aza, their friend since childhood, was a maze to them. No matter how much they tried to find a good way to return from this maze, they always came back to square one.
Whenever they felt that they knew the real Azaina Rosemortal, she would surprise them again and again. It was a never ending process. Initially they found this quality of hers, very attractive and intriguing, however with time, it got irritating.
It wasn't her fault to be like that and they didn't blame her. Neither they wanted her to change. They only asked her to be a little more expressive about her feelings and emotions.
Also they wanted her to not conceal everything within herself because a time would eventually come when her heart and mind couldn't bear the burden and weight of them. That would be her breaking point.
Without her, there wasn't any reason for them to stay friends that they were from childhood.
She was the strongest bond in their friendship.
"Your highness, this idiot fellow of yours, can't comprehend your high actions."
Aza gave an indescribable look to Livia, "I had nodded at you, to not stop in your sorry speech."
The girls apart from Livia put their fists on their mouth to lower down the sound of their laugh.
"Your highness, Aza, this mortal being has committed a grave sin. I have misunderstood your actions as a result, you had to waste your precious time all because of me. Earlier also, I shouted at you, I am regretting my iniquitous deeds.
Your highness, this fellow is ready to accept her punishment but I only have one request, please give me one last chance to correct my past mistakes."
Aza was a little blown by Livia's short speech and also the way she addressed her, your highness. It felt that she was an evil ruler of an Empire and Livia was her helper.
Livia didn't look up and kept bowing.
Aza was stunned for a while until her eyes moved to the bowing figure of Livia, "You can stand up straight."
"Your highness, your little fellow won't show her face to you unless you agree to give her a chance." Livia told Aza her conditions. She wasn't planning to do this roleplay but since she had started it. She would end it too.
"....Livi..ju--"
"No, your highness, I won't stand up and show you my ashamed face before you forgive me and grant me the last chance."
Aza massaged her forehead, "Fine! I forgive you. Just stand up perfectly, don't be like that your backbone will get bent and you would have to stay like this forever."
Although Aza was tired of Livia's acting and wanted her to end it yet her savage mouth couldn't keep quiet and it again did its job; to make other's speechless and let their mouth hang open.
The rest of three girls were itching and twitching to say something but they restricted themselves as they didn't want to destroy their source of entertainment, the on going live drama presented by Azaina Rosemortal and Livia
It was so hilarious to watch them imitating a medieval time period courtroom scene, they didn't even have the courage to whisper softly and disturb them.
They felt some unknown force that prohibited them to move.
Aza knew how stubborn Livia was, it was inevitable for her to not be like when she was surrounded by the same type of people.
And she didn't want her to get hurt or fracture her backbone. She could see on Livia's face that she was getting to feel the pain in her backbone yet her persistence didn't allow her to give up.

The boys were in distress as they saw their one friend behaving so strangely. They didn't know nor could understand why Zeki was acting out of his character.
Even though Zeki was a bit too childish for his age, they didn't know nor could understand why he was reacting like a fool.
From the day they had their encounter with the girls in the parking area, Zeki had changed.
He would daydream all the time. He didn't enjoy his food when they ate. His mood kept changing, from a happy face to a guy with a deep depression.
In the starting, they worried for both Rev and Zeki but after they arrived at their condominium building Rev was back to being himself.
Still Zeki carried himself differently. He wasn't yelling or shouting like his usual self rather he became silent.
Initially they thought he might be in shock as he was scolded by a girl of his age instead of swooned at by her. It wasn't everyday that a girl ignored his charms and chided him for flirting too much. However, as days passed and it was already one week to that incident yet their friend didn't show any improvement. It horrified them whether Zeki got so flabbergasted that his brain had stopped functioning.

"Did you hear the news?"
"News? What news?"
"Aren't you aware about what happened to the Overlord's best friend?"
"No, I just joined yesterday."
"Then it's expected why you aren't that knowledgeable about the rumours"
"But just now, you said it was a news then now rumours."
"My comrade, I myself, isn't a high ranked worker. All that I know are the words of other comrades. I am not sure if they are true or not."
"Since you are also not sure then why are you telling me this?"
"Well… you are newly joined here but let me tell you, whether it's true or not, Overlord's best friend is indeed missing for days now yet he didn't command the forces to commence a search party for him. It is only pointing in one direction that he knows what happened to his friend."
"You might be right however, it could also be that his best friend had told him about his whereabouts already before he disappeared."
"You have a point, dear comrade. Let's leave this topic aside as it doesn't concern us. Tell me from which place you belong."
"I was born near the borders of both the kingdoms, Werewolf and Vampire. My father was a fairy and my mother was an elf. As both the fairy and elf kingdoms were under the control of Demigods. They lost their powers and had to live near the outskirts of the border."
"This reminds me that there was a pact signed among the three; Demigods, Vampire and Werewolves."
