Hinata spits, snapping his head towards her in confusion. Mizuki pays no heed to the shift in his emotions, instead rubbing her chin in thought as she organises her speculations.
If Hotaru rescued her, she must've defeated Raven once to steal the serpent's poison and use it to shatter the forcefield and break her out.
Mizuki whirls around on her heel and points a finger at him with a victorious smirk on her face, like she's finally figured out what she needs to do.
"You're sure the only way to break a spell is by getting the poison, right?" she checks, to which he nods intelligently, confident of his answer.
Mizuki then realises that if she searches as soon as she can, she might be able to find lingering traces of magic and find the area where the Befallen Piece is concealed. Hotaru must be searching for the location too, and if Mizuki is to find her and take up on her offer of revealing it—they might be allies.
