Magnus is seen in the dark forest as in the beginning. He is bare chested. Only his legs are sheltered right now.
As he walked deeper into the woods, a female wolf came out from within the woods. Seeing Magnus she halted and transformed into a human with water splashing everywhere.
She smiled as she saw Magnus. Tears in her eyes and she covered her mouth.
"Brother... "
Magnus mouth opened a little with the urge to say something but nothing can express his feelings right now. He embraced the girl warmly, not caring if she is just with a very short shirt that only covers her chest to the upper layer of her abdomen.
She have a knee level skirt on and a crown made out of leaves is on her head.
"Brother... We missed you you so much... Where... Where have you-"
"Shhh " Magnus says calmly as he wipes the tears that falls off his sister's eyes.
"The Wolves are waiting, Magnus. Where is our Queen?"
Magnus held his breath. There's no way Lyla won't die if she found out he's a wolf and there are other people just like him with the same personality.
"This is not the right time, Isla. There is war ahead between Rokha and Losanhela. I need to be quick"
Isla felt a disappointed heart grow in her body, but she just kept it neutral.
"What is it, brother?"
"Norman molested my wife and I killed him. Now his son is after me... He is ready to kill me"
Isla raised a brow at her brother. It's obvious that he is the most powerful wolf among the millions of wolf in the woods, can't he just order his Pre-eminent self to arise and fight for him? What's with all the scaredy cay behavior?
"You have to make room for some of the People of Rokha. I want to load them in three days"
Isla nodded. That is easy. But why is he a bit shaky while talking to her?
But then...
Magnus stopped talking and frowned. He turn slowly to face beside them and there is Priscilla. The wolf that had always desired him.
"I'm back" she said to Magnus.
Magnus straightened up and her eyes trailed down his uncovered abdomen, desperately craving to touch his packs.
"What are you doing here?" his hoarse voice asked.
"Is that a polite way to ask your Princess a question?" she asked as she came out of the dark.
Her beauty shone with the help of the moonlight. Like the reflection on a mirror, it struck the face of Magnus hard.
"Go" Magnus whispered and Isla immediately turned into her wolf self and growled at Priscilla before she ran away.
"So you are finally wedded to some worthless piece of moth"
Magnus felt anger burn inside of him.
Priscilla felt good with this. "Too bad that you didn't even introduce her to your first girl. That's a misunderstanding"
Magnus eyes followed her every movement as she circled him.
"You know me well, Magnus. I can come in different ways to hunt her down and make you mine by force"
Magnus clenched his hands into tight fists, the redness of his eyes were becoming unbecoming.
"As you might know, Lyla... Is... Not in a good place because they will still locate her. You should have thought twice to make the both of you to go to a far Kingdom while your people suffer the death that is-"
The wolf inside the man had no more patience!
His paw dug into the white beauty in front of him and he yanked his hand out again.
Priscilla fell on her knees and dropped on the ground. Dead.
Magnus felt a tear roll down his face.
All the killings that were happening was because of the defendant nature in him towards Lyla. And the person he is even doing it for is against it!
He stared up at the sky and felt guilt descend on him from the heavens.
"Forgive my sin, just this once, and I plead with you, oh Lord God to take away this death from me"
Magnus uttered and thunder stroke.
He knew that was a sign that God heard him. But what can the sign mean?
He looked down at the girl beside him and carried her.
He stared at her for a while.
"Keep at it, and I will kill you with no mercy" he whispered.
"Open your eyes, you fire hazard" he said disgustingly and fire crept to the right side of Priscilla's chest where he had dug his hand in and sealed the place that was open up.
He let go of her, turns around and walks away.
"Magnus!" her voice was heard after sometime in a yell.
Magnus rolls his eyes from the distance he heard her voice.
"Go" he said.
When Priscilla finally found Magnus, she sighed in relief.
"There you are. I have been... "
That whole place exploded, but Magnus was unhurt. He just walked in the midst of the smoke and smiled.
"That should do it"
Next time, she should be absolutely cautious when talking about his wife like the way she did a few minutes ago.
He won't be that merciful to her by bringing her back to the world and letting his fire wall out.
No guilt this time as he walked off to the Rokha.
