One by one, a bunch of old men of all shapes, sizes and colors entered the room. The extremely tanned heavenly doctor Tang was among them.
His curly hair filled head and sunken in eyes hadn't changed at all, but somehow his skin color had completely changed. He now, instead of a creepy stalker man, looked like a beach body builder of some sort.
The dark circles under his eyes had somewhat faded, so even though his eyes were sunken in like before, he looked younger. And more human. His previous boogeyman appearance was gone, and Bai Jingfei could barely recognize him.
But she recognized him nonetheless.
Why? Because the criminal never forgets who they committed a crime against. Bai Jingfei had tabs open in her head for every single crime she had committed. When a guard approached her these tabs would spill open and she would panic.
Bai Jingfei didn't really care too much about heavenly doctor Tang.
