Along with the wild and warm beast force, a bone-chilling force started to enter his chest after the system notification.
'Hehehe. This should be Alex's elemental force talent.' Daren had learned that the Ice element runs deep within the Zolaris empire's royalty and almost everyone had at least a little bit of talent for cultivating.
Most members of the royal family cultivate for about 1.5 hours to 2 hours daily. Anyone who could go beyond 2 hours is considered a regular genius and anyone that can pass the 3-hour mark was considered a rare genius. Alex's memories did not contain information about anything beyond a rare genius.
Daren assumed that based on the word 'rare', there should be even more talented individuals that are rarer than the so-called 'rare genius'.
'Then there's me. Someone who can cultivate both beast force, which is impossible for a human to use, and ice force which is an uncommon element.' Daren started to realize that he may be the most talented human but there were certainly countless races living on this continent.
There may be some race that has talent as insane as his but there could also be crazy lucky humans who could do the same. Daren decided not to get too arrogant since that was what always lead people down the path of failure.
'So basically, getting strong is as easy as sleeping for me. Hahaha. Wait for me my precious new world. I will have fun playing with you soon.' As always, Daren's inner monologues were delusional.
When Celina first heard all the inner thoughts of Daren, she realized that there was something wrong with Daren as he would always personify or talk to objects or other nonliving things.
This had made Celina concerned. The reason she had chosen to give him the silent treatment was to observe what exactly was wrong with Daren's memories. She was using punishment as an excuse.
Celina could read Daren's thoughts but he could not read hers. This assured her that she could silently understand what was wrong with Daren.
As the two forces were converging in his chest, Daren could feel two balls of energy forming in the area in his sternum.
One was deep blue and deep purple while the other was the same frosty blue color as his soft hair and sparkly eyes.
The form of these balls appeared in his head as soon as Daren thought about visualizing them. These balls were known as force cores.
Force cores are the accumulation of all the force someone has gathered. For humans, force cores don't exist physically but rather within their souls. A beast's force accumulates into a solid sphere in their hearts.
This is why, even though beasts were much stronger than humans, they did not hunt down humans.
Even if a beast killed a human, there was nothing to gain except some food. If beats killed another beast, they could eat that beast force core and get stronger themselves.
Humans, on the other hand, try to hunt beasts more actively since they found the cores to not only look beautiful but could be forged into weapons to make them stronger.
Cores could be sold for a hefty price in non-beast race cities because of their special use. This was especially the case for higher-ranked and more beautiful cores.
Daren planned to keep the beast core to sell even though he could consume it to get stronger. No human could eat beast without imploding.
Daren was different as absorbing the tiger's talent allowed him to gain strength from beats cores but he found that he currently did not have any money.
'Money is what the world runs on. Nothing can be done without money. Money could only be made by using money.' Daren recited these phrases quite often back in his original life.
His organization, like any other, needed hefty sums of money to run. That's why he had created a mega-corporation that ran throughout the universe. His company sold mostly cleaning supplies.
Even in the interstellar age, people still needed to keep themselves clean. there were always tasks that made things or people get dirty. The demand for good cleaning products would never decrease. He made a fortune and used it to fund his organization's daily activities.
He planned to do something similar here as well. He planned to start a successful business whether by having a good business or by getting rid of all his opponents.
But before he does that, Daren really had to get out of here. Without further delay, Daren pulled up the detailed map the system made using Alex's memories
It displayed the entirety of the Zolaris empire, the Googoon Lagoon forest, and the empire's neighboring country's adjacent borders.
Daren found his location at the southern edge of the forest. He was only 10 kilometers from Colder City. This city was also a fort that guarded the northern end of the Zolaris Empire.
Daren didn't want to go to Colder City even though the military presence was low usually due to no invaders being coming from the North due to the hardships of traversing through the forest to do so.
Currently, though, Alex's aunt Melina was resting in the city along with her personal guards overlooking everything for her safety. She was to be crowned a week later at the capitol and would leave the city soon enough.
The entirety of the Zolaris Empire would be dangerous for Daren as his icy blue hair and eyes are known by everyone here to be a sign of royalty. That's why he decided to traverse the forest and head north using the safe path that the map marked out.
The beasts knew a path they all mutually agreed to not be aggressive on. This was to have a safe path on which they could traverse and not have to worry about an attack.
The beasts needed to visit each other sometimes to fight for territory rights so this was set up by the stronger and smarter beasts.
They would not even attack humans if they stepped onto this path but humans did not know that the path existed in the first place. This usually led to the death of humans here unless you were a force user or trained soldier.
The path was long and had many turns. The system estimated the length of this path to be about 37 kilometers if he were to enter Igrit City.
Igrit city is supposed to be a massive trade hub and the central gateway into the Gigantus Empire. The cities security was mostly lax since they could invite more merchants by doing so.
No one would offend a massive superpower like the Gigantus Empire since it supposedly controlled the trade of 30% of all food within the human nations.
This made it easy for him to enter the city unnoticed and start a business unhindered by factors such as government restrictions. The Gigantus Empire also did not have any ties with Zolaris as they considered it to be too small compared to themselves.
'I should get going now. I can't sleep with all this energy constantly flowing through me. I'll get stronger along the way no matter what I do anyways.'
'Too bad I can't take all this tiger meat with.'
Ding!
[Would the user like to store the meat within systems storage space?]
[YES/NO]
'Of course. This system has game elements so it has to have an inventory. Why would it not? This definitely is not balanced. You're f*ckin broken Celina!'
Of course, Celina did not respond to him so he just shook it off and clicked the [Yes] prompt on the screen.
The leftover roasted meat was sucked into a black vortex and a new tab showed up next to the [Abilities] tab called [Inventory].
He clicked it and it displayed the following:
Inventory
Storage Space = UNLIMITED
Currently Stored Items: Partially eaten Blupa tiger x1
