Gao Lin casual words were imprinted on Wen Huan's mind. 'they have to shoot whole day and night.' meaning they have tasks for tonight?
Wen Huan frowned and picked up his card. Gao Lin already left to shoot a small video about his task.
Wen Huan saw that they only have farming task and there was nothing about tonight. He pursed his lips and contemplate for a while.
At the end, he came to the conclusion that he should listen to Gao Lin since he himself had no clue what's going on.
He never participated in such reality show and never watch those as well. If not for his brother throwing him here, he might have been at his home, looking for interesting things to do.
Wen Huan sighed and went to wash his face and brush his teeth.
'We will deal with what ever comes next, come on!' Wen Huan encouraged himself and went to get busy.
8 people, 4 teams, and a small crew stood under morning sun, above step field, to shoot. Under the director's guidance, the host and guest members bowed down in front of camera.
"I see, you all look excited, you must have slept well last night." Luo Zhangwei, the host teased the members a bit.
"Brother Luo don't joke, we have been working like cows in hot sun these past two days, and now it's another day to work as cow." one of the male guest member echoed.
"Haha that's how you live in mountain, come come it's time to introduce today's task rule.
1. Each team are given same amount of field to sow seeds and water them.
2. Whichever team finish their task in shortest time will get 10 points.
3. Your work will be inspected by filed owner, if it doesn't pass the owners requirement then you'll accumulate negative points.
4. Whoever have lowest point will get punished tomorrow."
Luo Zhang Wei finished explaining, the cameramen focused on faces of members, capturing their every single reaction.
"But we don't know how to sow seeds." A member said worriedly.
"you'll get taught by professionals in a moment. Watch and learn. If you don't understand anything you can ask him." Luo Zhang Wei said and pointed someone. Soon a middle aged man stepped up and introduced himself.
They were already standing in the middle of field where they have to do their task. The 4 teams surrounded the professional and looked carefully as he explained. Some members were experienced while for some it was their first.
Gao Lin should be counted to have a little experience while Wen Huan had zero experience. After the professional explained everyone nodded in understanding and went to finish their task with an exception.
Gao Lin turned around wanting to discuss with Wen Huan only to find Wen Huan squatting next to the professional, and staring at the person with big eyes.
Looking at Wen Huan's eyes the professional felt that he was pitiful and asked kind heartily. "Do you have any questions? Ask uncle."
Wen Huan finally showed a slight smile and nodded as he asked the professional without any hesitation. "Can you show me how to do it again? Please?"
"Okay, look carefully." The professional smiled as he displayed through his actions. "When you move your hand like this, it'll be easy to dig in. Make sure that they are x inches away from each other. Cover the seeds with soil and water it carefully. Got it?"
Wen Haun nodded as he imprinted those actions and words in his mind. "Thank you, uncle!"
Wen Huan smiled at the professional before standing up and turned only to find there was a person standing right behind him.
Wen Huan almost lost his balance due to shock but thankfully he was used to such movements and quickly balanced himself before Gao Lin could help him.
"I got scared just now. Why are you standing here?" Wen Huan asked patting his chest. He almost fell down just now.
"I was waiting for you." Gao Lin gazed at Wen Huan feeling a bit disappointed in his heart.
'I missed the chance to save him.' Gao Lin thought to himself without showing any change on his face.
"I already have a little experience so let me do most of the part and you can do as you please." Gao Lin said putting a hand around Wen Huan's shoulder.
Wen Haun nodded without any questions. Since someone was willing to work, why would he say no?
"Alright, then let me do digging at that corner? Work hard Lin Ge." Wen Huan gave a slight smile as he picked his tools and went to the corner he pointed at leaving Gao Lin alone.
Gao Lin who was already used to Wen Huan's demeanor sighed slightly and picked his own tools.
Other teams had already started working Gao Lin and Wen Huan were last to start.
Wen Huan squatted and carefully copied the professional perfectly. His face showed slight joy as he measured the distance carefully and started to dig again.
By the time Gao Lin finished digging half of the field, Wen Huan was also about to complete the other half part.
Gao Lin was a bit shocked but then he showed a smile and shook his head. 'Sure enough, this guy will always bring me surprise in various ways.'
Gao Lin knew that he was already looking at Wen Huan with tinted glasses and he had no thoughts about removing those tinted glasses.
He like to see this person through tinted glasses, it might look childish but he doesn't mind being childish at all.
"Sow the seeds and fill the holes with soil, I'll bring the water." Gao Lin said to Wen Huan. He still remembered that they were shooting and can't move freely at the moment.
