Viltrumite/Kryptonian Physiology:

-Advanced Solar Radiation Absorption: Due to his Kryptonian physiology and several unknown organs, Rao's body is capable of harnessing and storing massive amounts of Solar Energy, which give him a wide arrange of Superhuman abilities and further supplant his abilities that stem from his Viltrumite heritage. And furthermore due to his advanced age of 10,000 years and many voyages into space Rao has come into contact with many types of stars and their radiation, allowing him to absorb their radiation. Also due to his age and millennium of soaking up energy, he has a near unlimited amount of Solar Energy stored inside his body.

* Superhuman Strength: A Viltrumite's strength is far greater than that of Humans. The upper limit is unknown as some Viltrumites are stronger than others. Rao's strength is further increased, due to the effects of Solar Radiation, to incalculable levels. Though this form of strength is more an act of conscious will on energy fields than actual physical strength

* Superhuman Speed: Viltrumites are capable of moving at speeds much faster than Humans. Rao thanks to Solar Radiation is able to move at even more incredible speeds by sheer force of will. This extends to his perceptions and allows for feats such as catching bullets in mid flight as well as covering vast distances in little or no time. Due to his experience and mastery of his body and powers, he can use his speed for molecular acceleration and phasing.

* Superhuman Stamina: Viltrumites generate less fatigue toxins than humans, allowing them to fight and move for extended periods of time without collapsing from exhaustion. Though due to his unique physiology, Rao is able to maintain continuous strenuous physical action for an indefinite period of time.

* Superhuman Agility: Rao's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to superhuman levels. This allows him to easily make sharp turns and easily maneuver while flying and moving at superhuman speed.

* Superhuman Reflexes: Rao possesses reflexes far greater than any normal human being or Viltrumite. This allows him to easily react to danger and events, and perceive the world in slow motion. His mind is able to process information at such speeds that he can perceive femtoseconds and attoseconds.

* Superhuman Senses: All of Rao's senses are enhanced to immense superhuman levels, allowing him to perceive the world in far greater detail than the senses the average human possesses. Theses include; Super-Hearing, Super-Vision, Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision, Infrared Vision, Microscopic Vision, Telescopic Vision, and X-ray Vision

* Heat Vision: Rao can, as a conscious act, fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking at it. He can vary the heat and area affected.

* Superhuman Endurance: Viltrumites have endurance beyond human capabilities and have survived disembowelment, touching lava, and bomb blasts without permanent physical damage.

* Flight: Most Viltrumites possess a complex balancing system located in their inner ear that allows them to fly. Though due to his unique hybrid physiology Rao was born without one, but is still able to attain flight through the manipulation of graviton particles. This ranges from hovering to moving in any posture, in any direction. He is capable of flying at above supersonic and hypersonic speeds.

* Interstellar Travel: Viltrumites can survive in outer space without aid.

* Enhanced Lung Capacity: Viltrumites can hold their breath for up to two weeks without breathing.

* Invulnerability: Viltrumite skin is much harder to pierce than human skin. Only beings of similar strength can harm Viltrumites. Though thanks to his hybrid physiology, dense molecular structure and a supercharged bio-electric aura, Rao is nigh-invulnerable to extreme energy forces. In addition, this extends his protection against toxins and diseases.

* Enhanced Healing Factor: Viltrumites can heal from injuries that would normally kill humans.

* Decelerated Aging: Viltrumites have the potential to live for thousands of years and still be in their physical prime.

* Dominant Genetics: A Viltrumite's genes will override other race's traits for physical appearance and powers.

* Super Breath: Rao is able to create hurricane force winds by exhaling air from his lungs. He can chill the air as it leaves his lungs to freeze targets. He can also reverse the process to pull large volumes of air or vapor into his lungs.

* Self-Sustenance: Rao doesn't need to eat or sleep thanks to the Solar Energy constantly powering him, and doesn't require oxygen to breathe.

Abilities:

-Genius Level Intellect: Rao has shown incredible intelligence and computational abilities; his mind works sharply and with extreme speed relative to earth-humans and most Viltrumites. Rao's analytical powers enable him to read information directly from machines (and, with careful usage of his heat vision, he can even reprogram machines).

-Hand-to-Combat (Master): Due to having superpowers all his life and constantly engaging in battle with various foes, Rao has over time become an master hand-to-hand combatant utilizing a fighting style that directly complements his superpowers and the brutality of his race. Rao's combat versatility allows him to adapt to almost any foe and beat them. He was also trained from birth by his father, Thragg, considered to be the strongest Viltrumite ever.
