"What is the matter?" Vidyut asked as he came and stood beside Surya.
Surya hurriedly pulled down his tunic and shook his head. Vidyut looked at Surya curiously but let the matter die there. He then scanned the landscape.
"Do you want to return at once?"
Surya shook his head again. "As you said," he smiled with mischief, "what is the hurry?" He then glanced around casually. "Are you not curious what kind of sphere this is?" He moved ahead. "Are we still on earth?"
Vidyut followed Surya. The midday sun was scorching, the shadows barely visible under them. His thick black robe made the heat unbearable almost. "It seems so," he replied, "this place is burning. You must remove your tunic."
Surya glared at Vidyut. "I have been through worse."
