It's hard to really think about your future, for most people, including me. Thinking about myself being actually happy is the thing most people tend to have trouble doing. For me it's just the same, I don't have control over my future, only people that have power can change where I go to in my life. Be it morning, afternoon, or evening, I always stress about the things I have no control at, sometimes Even leaving me unable to sleep comfortably at night.
Even the author stresses about the things that may come about in his future. He goes to bed at night always thinking like 'is this going to last...' or 'am I doing alright... should I do better?' or 'is it okay if I say this...' and other common worries to be on edge about. And the most depressing thing about this draft is that the author himself didn't know he was stressing over it, and only now did he realize that what he was actually feeling through those sleepless nights was, in fact, stress.
Be it your work life, your love life, or just your life in general. People worry so much about little things it's actually surprising. But sometimes, worrying about those little things could be just your way of trying to cope, and is actually just a stepping stone for something so much more rewarding.
In these modern times, with all the movies and series about all kinds of topics that has been published, the general public unconsciously keep thinking, or even imagining themselves at the same spot as this or that character that they had watched through the use of modern gadgets the industries have created. But this is real life, so if, for example: you are in a situation that you're in a secret relationship, and you don't see each other that much; don't go thinking stuff about your significant other being in a secret 'secret' relationship with another person, because it's highly unlikely that would be the case.
This is reality, so start thinking more realistically.
If you have worries, tell someone about it, if you have worries concerning another person, tell them about it. Because God doesn't just help you to your feet all the way up to your death, and maybe "sometimes" you need to confront that same thing that's troubling you yourself, and in that very same manner-- if you're going through something very terrible right at this moment, --don't you go around be thinking that someone's going to come and fix you up, because the only one that can get you out of that state, is the one that got you into it in the first place.
