Anna shrugged. "I really don't care," she said after a while. "They might put my DNA on a database and try to match it with others. But what they find is their business altogether. For all of them, I am a martyr, who is dead."
Anna chuckled in disbelief. "It won't take long for them to forget either. Maybe my biological family will get some press for a few days… maybe bad press for abandoning me when I was a child, but people forget soon. So soon that you will blink your eyes and no one will recognize me."
"Why are you so optimistic?" Penelope questioned.
"I am not optimistic. I have not cared about my family for a long time and I already told you that I would reveal bits of my identity if it came down to that." Anna stared at the ceiling for a long time before speaking again. "The moment they find out who I am, the people will surely lose interest."
