As the council had finished dealing out punishments Leon decided to get Tempest started as her assistant right there and then. As everyone else exited the room only Leon and Tempest were left. Leon was still curious about why Tempest was so happy and so she asked.
"Tempest why are you so happy with this punishment I thought you would have preferred to be expelled?"
"It doesn't matter why I am happy and yes I would rather be expelled, but I would rather go sleep and ignore my classes if possible." With that Tempest got up to leave.
"You are still my assistant how can you help me if you are sleeping? Also you can't leave yet." Leon then makes all doors portals that lead back to the center.
"Well I communicate via holograms and my holograms have infinite projection distance from me. So if I hook up a basic AI to them and have that take care of you my job is done and you get an assistant." Tempest says with a proud look on her face which switches back to a tired expression as soon as the words disappear.
Leon was debating internally whether this was okay to allow, as she knew that there was no stopping Tempest. Tempest on the other hand was trying to find a way out of the council room she settled on reconstructing a wall and using that as a door. Initiating the plan quickly Tempest tried to escape only to find herself back in the center of the room again. The spell Leon used didn't cover the doors but if Tempest exceeded a certain radius from the center then she would be teleported to the center. As this was a kind of targeted area spell it had an anchor if Tempest could find that she would be golden, however the disappearance of the wall had brought Leon out of her musings.
With Leon now paying attention to Tempest she realized as soon as the spell binding Tempest was released Tempest would run off to go sleep. Leon also noticed that Tempest made a wall vanish than reappear with out setting off the mana trackers. So Leon moved the anchor for the binding spell to herself unafraid of Tempest out right killing her. On the other hand Tempest was surprised at the sudden location change. As Tempest had simply been wandering around the central depression she crossed the new boundary which was only five meters from Leon. The new smaller radius was to insure that Tempest was by Leon's side at all times. However Tempest thought that Leon had only teleported her rather then moved the center of her binding, and so Tempest started moving for the nearest door only to find herself back next to Leon.
"I have moved the center to myself as you have already found out. This will be applied through out the duration of your punishment." The inside of Leon's mind when she said this was very much in a gutter. As Leon would have her own promiscuous beauty to dress up to her hearts content or at least she thought so. "So I hope you have some spacial storages you can fill with necessities as you will be living with me."
"I don't have to worry about that. Moving why did you have to trap me next to you for the foreseeable future?"
"I shouldn't have to say this but I will any way. You are bound to me because otherwise you would just make more trouble. Don't say that isn't true as we both know that it is."
Leon and Tempest having left the council room were almost to Leon's residence. Unlike Echo's weird shipping container Leon lived in a more typical manor or space mages. Leon's manor was a miniaturized floating island not quite tiny it had about the same footprint as a townhouse, but the space on the island itself was massive. The reason for the massive space was that this piece of land was quite literally a ripped up piece of a continent that Leon had obtained this meant there was quite the abundance of space...
Seeing this Tempest was hoping to have the ability to roam freely. Leon shattered these hopes almost as soon as they entered by saying.
"I won't be shifting the center, ever, even inside my space bubble."
Internally Tempest started cursing Leon to the nth degree. Hoping she could get Leon to change her mind Tempest spoke up.
"Can't I at least look around this massive area without your supervision?"
"Nope I know you are a schemer so leaving you in a large mostly unsupervised place seems unwise." Much quieter whisper but still heard by Tempest. "It is also not every day I get to play with a sadistic and promiscuous beauty." Leon then cackles to herself.
Tempest looks at Leon like she is insane and raises the question.
"How did you know I am sadistic, also how am I promiscuous? Yes I am beautiful gem but promiscuous is not an adjective I would use to describe myself."
Leon thought for a moment before saying. "I guess I might have read your personality wrong. Eh this is a flaw I can easily fix."
This statement made Tempest deeply worried so she manipulated time on her body again, forgetting about her clothes. Tempest had not reverted fully to a toddler just small child you would assume to be about five or six years old. The one down side to this was that the clothes that Tempest was wearing no longer fit and it made her look like she playing dress up in an older siblings clothes.
The screech Leon let out upon seeing this sight was quite loud. "SO CUTE!!"
Leon's thoughts on this were even more obscene than her thoughts on Tempest as a teenager. However this time Leon's thoughts were less lewd and more batshit crazy. Tempest could see the look in Leon's eyes and knew it only meant bad things for her. Then Tempest realized why Leon was like she was one Leon had been single for far to long, two even Tempest had to admit she looked cute dressed as she was, three Tempest was trapped within a five meter radius of where ever Leon said, and four Tempest had just used mana again without permission.
Before anything else Tempest made it a priority to get new clothes, so using her esper abilities she instantly had a cute one piece dress on. Leon was surprised at the instance change of clothes but said nothing when she noticed the collar glowing.
"Hehe now you real do have to listen to me as I have blackmail." said Leon after taking some pictures of Tempest. "But first lets enter the manor."
Tempest just nodded before following along.
