He stood up along with the other 2 players and walked outside.
Number 117 was the archer that was fighting David before him. As for number 119, Obcisor didn't really see the person at the time, but it seemed to be a young boy.
The NPC stood in a secluded place and waited for them to arrive.
Obcisor and the two players arrived and stood in front of the NPC waiting for him to start talking.
Instead of talking, he just looked at their chests, cross-checking their number sticker against the piece of paper he was holding in his hand.
He looked at one of the player's chests and took out a card from inside his sleeve and handed it to the player with the same number.
He did the same for the other player as well.
When it came to Obcisor, he took out the only remaining card in his sleeve and handed it against the Obcisor.
Once he finished handing out the cards, he spoke, "Take that door back to the main hall and look up the rules posted on the board. You can also start taking quests on the board right now" and left.
Obcisor stood right where he was and looked at his card.
The card was rectangular in shape with about 10cm in length and 6cm in breadth. The card was very hard and sturdy and was muddy white in color.
The card had a big black rectangle drawn over the whole card which was then separated into 4 rows and 10 columns, for a total of 40 smaller rectangles.
The NPC had handed them the cards backward so that other people couldn't read them in case the owner didn't wish for it. So, Obcisor flipped the card to read its content. It only held 4 pieces of information.

[Hunter Card:
Hunter Name: Obcisor
Age: 23
Alignment: Defense
Rank : D]
------------------
'Rank D' he almost laughed. He had awakened as a D-rank hunter all those years ago as well. 'Is my luck just that bad? Am I always supposed to have Rank D when I get my first assessment as a hunter?' he thought to himself.
"Hey guys, what do your alignments say?" the boy asked them.
"Ranged DPS" "Defense," the girl and Obcisor said almost simultaneously.
"Oh. Mine is Melee DPS. It seems alignment is different from Class, huh" he said.
"Maybe," the girl said and walked away. Obcisor did so too.
Inside the room, there were still quite a few people hanging in front of the board. Now he understood why.
He looked at the board and all the information was now visible to him.

Obcisor read everything.
'This is quite elaborate I must say. Should I go hunt and level up for now or take up a quest?' he wondered.
After a little while, he made his choice, 'I will just take a quest and go level up at the same time if possible.'
He walked up to one of the free clerks and handed her his card. She looked at the card and gave him a stack of paper with at least 200 papers in them.
'What the hell? am I supposed to stay here and read all of these?' he thought.
Suddenly a panel opened up showing a list of the quest names,
There were over 200 items on the list. He started scrolling through the list looking for anything that might catch his eyes. He searched for a quest that could be completed while leveling up. He wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone. He soon found a good one soon. ------------- Quest participants: 1 Hunt down the spider-mother in the Arachnid's Lair and bring back her venom fangs Due Date: 10 days after taking the quest Reward: 50K Gold, 8K exp, and +100 Fame Failure Penalty: 15K gold> --------------- Obcisor opened his map and zoomed at the location of Raven city. Around the city were 3 hunting grounds and 5 dungeons. Kobold, spider, and slime were the hunting grounds that also had their respective dungeons. While the 2 exclusive dungeons were skeletal dungeon and alligator swamp dungeon. Since the spider dungeon wasn't very far away, he decided to take the quest. Besides, he wasn't scared of spiders like a lot of other people were. He clicked on the quest he wanted to take and a paper floated to his hand from the pile. He handed it to the clerk. The clerk looked at the quest and hit his hunter card with a special stamp. The stamp was placed on the first of the forty squares in the back of the card. The clerk then started explaining what he had to do. "This seems to be your first time taking a quest, so I will explain this once. According to the quest, you will have to fight the spider-mother in the spider-dungeon located in the spider hunting ground. Once you defeat her bring back venom fangs to one of us and we will confirm that you have completed the task or not." "Also, since this is a solo quest, you cannot party with anyone or take another person's help when completing the quest. If you do end up taking the help of others you will need to inform us. You will still get the reward, but the quest will not count towards your completed list." " I hope you understood. Also, a bit of general advice, Spider dungeon is hard so make sure to take a few health potions or you will lose your life." She finished She handed his cards back to him and bid him goodbye. Obcisor took his card back and a notification came up.
