It's not like over-thinking, is a problem, or any human can tackle it, but she knows the funda.
There is a thing called cycle. Once a single thought, enter your system and you gave some or even a little importance to it, then it will start revolving and revolving, in your system, just like the earth revolves around the sun, just like moon revolves around the earth.
And then, many other deep or silly or useless, which according to you might not be as mentioned above, or which according to you might be very important or very sad or very depressing or stress causer or something like that.
After which, you feel like floating in the oceans of the thoughst, from where, when exactly you will start sinking you, yourself won't know. So, the best way to stop overthinking, to be focus completely on the task at hand, to not to get depressed out of the blue is.
CUT THE LOOP. Yep, you heard it correctly, if you want to be completely focused on the task at hand, then cut the loop, or can say break the loop.
The moment, you let the thought or any idea wander around your head, while offering it attention. Then, you can't escape the loop it will form in your brain. But, if you can cut the loop, or ignore the thought or the idea completely, while letting your mind focus on another thing, completely.
Then you can be like Priya, too. Simple.
If you have literally nothing to do, and don't know how to escape from the loop; then when the idea pop up, do one thing.
Question yourself .
'What did I have for the breakfast/lunch/dinner?'
This question willbe more than enough for you to distract from the idea ahead, then in the very same time frame, you can decide whether you want to continue to focus on the idea, which just pop up. Or not.
So be smart. Not over-thinker. Because, over-thinking can lead to many problems. Only think about the matters at hand. The more you think about the problem, the more highly the chances are for you to solve it.
But if you use that very precious time and brain in over-thinking about useless things, then your choice.

The entire morning, Priya was busy reading the book named ; ' Thoughts of Great Leader ; Archeopalagos [ The Ruler of Archeaic Era ]
Well, she was reading this same book for 5th time now. After all, she had read each and everything about Archeaic era, the era also knwn as the dawn of werewolves. That was the time, when the World and The Council, admit the presence of Werewolves in this Wolrd.
Although, the era ended just before the beginning of 21st century. Due to some unknown reasons. And now no one knows about the current situation of The Great Salazar Clan, The Clan of Archeopalagos.
The one and only clan, which become the rising leader of the history. But with the end of Archaeopalagos, slowly slowly everything faded out. And now, people only knows about the existence of The Salazar Clan, but not more than that.
Once the clock hit 12. Priya, stare at the clock, then at the book which still wasn't complete, yet. Then, with a little sigh, she closed the book, place it on it's original place.
She just loves to reads the books, be it on anything. Plus, she has read almost each and every section of the library, at least once in her life. Though, she can't find out the reason behind her attraction to the shifters and magical creatures, more than humans.
Maybe because,she is a shifter bride, in a sense. Only that justify her reason. But she has heard other girls, talking ill about shifters. Many girls, feel like this place is a prison and they are here to get bitten by those half-animals, half-humans, also to be a tool for them.
But, Priya isn't like them. As the partner of Mama Mary, she knows, that they don't sell the girls, to the shifters. She knows about the problems of the shifters.
Not all the shifters can find their mates. Not all of them carries out the next generation of their species, making it to reach in the extinct position.
Thus, The Elvish Interantional came into origin. The main purpose is to let the shifters find their mates, which could be humans or anyone among the shifter brides. If they didn't, then they can use the surrogacy thing with these shifter brides as the medium in between the two mates, to produce the young ones.
The shifters aren't allowed to harm humans, no matter what. Plus, even the bedding thing requires the permission of the shifer bride. As Mama Mary made sure, that no one among the girls, she raised should be considered as a slave or a tool to vent desires.
She had demand the respect, from the shifters factions, which after much difficluty has been passed by the council. So, the brides here, get chosen, then get the status, power and name in the society. They get the respect from their buyers, who help in the funding of The Elvish International and it's girl, as the form of dowry.
The buyers, are mostly the shifters, who can't find their mates, past their primes and came to this place with last hope. As for those, who can't find one. They get settled with one of the best option here.
After all, humans don't have mates. Only shifter have. So, if a shifter doesn't have mate or can't find any, then they chose these human brides as their mates, while rejecting their original mate in the process.
Thus, at the end they claim these girls as their mates.
Back to present ;
She was about to go to her respective classroom, to attend her class, after the meal at the dinning room. But then on her way back, she heard the siren alarm.
' Another buyer.'
' Another shifter.'
' Another interview.' And Priya just sighed. She has already made a half century in rejection thing anyways. ANother one doesn't matter. She went to her respective class, where she inform the Class teacher, about the interview and get excused as always.
Then, she went to her respective room, where she took another shower, but this time a long one. She was covered with her frozen orchids natural scent all over. Then, she did all the waxing, threading , while adding a facial mask on her face. She cleaned her nails, then did the manicure, pedicure.
Fine, all thanks to all the interviews, she has given, at the very least, she has learn the time management thing.
Within one hour, her long hairs, which reached upto her tiny waist, were trimed, all the split ends were removd, hair masked, washed, conditioned. Her face, was full of vital energy, all thanks to the 24carat gold collagen, sheet mask which she used for her face, to shine as bright as sun.
Ah, this mask costs her 50$ and this one was the last for this month. Maybe, next month she ordered some again. Her face has always been flawless, bright, beautiful and petty.
But with this sheet mask, she was practically radiating with glow, just like k-drama actors and actresses. She was just in a dark maroon bathrobe. After all, she has just finished the waxing, the moisturizing, the manicure, pedicure, nail cleaning, refiling and everything that's need to be done.
And all this, which takes more than 3 hours for normal people, as an experienced interviewee, all this was done within one hour by her.
After which, she started with her dress chosing. As hairdo can be a problem with dresses, mostly. So, she always do the opposite, she found one wine red shirt from her closet, with dark black professional skirt and black stockings to wear underneath.
Ah! She always love to give the matured, noble, elegant, bold type vibes. As, as per her research, the interviewers like the more confident, more refine and more able to take risk type of people for the jobs.
So, after her skin was done absorbing the moisturizing lotion, she had applied. She used the towel, to remove the extra lotion from her legs and arms, then wear the most conservative type of undergarments, followed by her chosen dress.
Once, she was done, then she apply the little sunscreen all over the exposing areas of her body. After which, she apply the transparent nail paint to her, well made nails.
Making them shine. Onec, they dry up, she went upto her hairdo. In which, she made a side line, then twisted some hairs, from the left and right side, from the little back, then made a low pony tail, in her already straightened hairs, the result of the keratin hair mask.
