Xavier's cell phone rang, indicating an incoming call.
"Charlotte?" he mumbled wonderingly when he saw his lover's name displayed on the screen of his cellphone.
At first, he was hesitant to accept Charlotte's call, but Xavier's second call was impossible not to get.
"H-hello?" said Xavier.
"Where are you, Xavier?" asked Charlotte on her call.
"I'm buying breakfast," he replied.
"Should I buy breakfast near the hospital?" asked Charlotte again.
Xavier widened his eyes. He didn't answer and immediately looked around him, looking for Charlotte, who seemed to be around him right now.
"Where are you?" Xavier asked.
"Why don't you just be honest with me, if you were at the hospital early in the morning to accompany Remanu?"
