The ride to Lior's studio was very tense and awkward for Felicity. Rachel and Iris weren't speaking with each other either which was strange and only made her more curious, [ I wonder what happened, I'll tell Remi ]
" So mummy, did you see anything you liked in Uncle Dallas' office "? Iris shook her head mildly, staring out the window " I wasn't paying attention, Aurora wouldn't let me ".
Felicity nodded thoughtfully and turned to Rachel, " How was your client Aunty Ray "? Rachel shrugged, eyes still on the road " He was odd but in a cute way ". Felicity smiled, " Really, you have a crush on him "?
Rachel and Iris laughed, pinching her nose slightly " What do you know about crushes "? Felicity bit her lower lip lightly, " Why would I tell you? You're too old to understand how it feels ".
Rachel made a loud u sound and Iris held her chest, " You're so mean and I'm not old ". Felicity giggled, " But you're a lot older than me ". Rachel nodded in agreement, " She's not wrong ". Iris glared at Rachel, " We're both twenty four Rachel, not any younger ".
Rachel rolled her eyes, " That's the difference between you and me ". Iris snorted, " That you have the mind of a child "? The two started bickering again and Felicity relaxed giving herself a high five, " I'm the best ".

Meanwhile at Lior's studio, Jeremy kicked the tiled floor of Lior's studio office beneath his feet and sighed. The sadness and disappointment he felt was obvious and it was all because Justice wasn't here.
Lior on the other hand was panicking, lost between anger and sadness, " How can Justice do this to me "? Even if Iris was cheap, she'd be too upset to remember it she found out.
The only thing worse than provoking her was tricking her and she hated being taken for a fool, " What am I supposed to do "? Even if Iris didn't feel tricked, she wouldn't let him use her book and she'd definitely beat the crap out of him for making Jeremy upset.
That was when Justice appeared in a simple white shirt with brown trousers and a black scarf wrapped lightly around his neck with matching shoes. His light red was as curly as always and his red eyes still had that bored expression.
Zuri wasn't too far behind in a short green dress just above her knees with red heels. Lior felt his eyes tear up as he ran up to Justice, " I knew you wouldn't abandon me ".
Justice just rolled his eyes as he avoided Lior's hug, " You said the author was coming "? Lior nodded seriously, " Of course, I wouldn't lie " [ To either of you ] Jeremy perked up immediately he saw Justice.
He was used to controlling his emotions or at least not letting it show, something Felicity couldn't do and now he had to do the exact opposite in terms of the bet. The man was a really good actor.
And his next favorite person after Iris and Felicity [ Aunty Rachel and Gina must never know ] Like his mother who liked to write about things that couldn't normally be done, he liked to act.
Just the thought of pretending or acting like someone else thrilled him. His mother called it, " Seeing it from another perspective " and Justice was quite good at it. Whenever Iris was having a hard time figuring out how to write, she'd make him act it out for her.
It was a lot harder than it sounded since Iris could be very difficult to understand once she was in work mode. At first he hated it but it grew on him and here he was. He was still debating how to approach Justice when someone awned at him.
He looked up at the girl that came with Justice and was surprised when she started pulling his cheeks, " You are so adorable ". Jeremy was oddly confused as she squished his face.
He had a short temper and strangers weren't people he was particularly nice to and he swatted her hand away, " I'd prefer if you didn't touch me ". Zuri retracted her hand and rubbed it lightly, " That was rude ".
Jeremy raised a brow, " And you're dumb but I don't complain ". Jeremy didn't even care that he was being his usually sarcastic sharp tongued self.
Zuri and Jeremy stared at each other when Justice intervened, " Enough you two ". Zuri and Jeremy backed down and Justice turned to Jeremy, " Where's your mom? She shouldn't be leaving you unsupervised ".
Jeremy didn't know what to say and just put a hand to his heart, [ It's still beating, I'm alive! ] Jeremy remained in a daze and Justice was beginning to lose his patience. " She's right here ", He turned and saw Iris walking towards him and he couldn't but smile [ It's really her ]
