"I don't understand one thing, why are you guys so afraid to come here?"
"Because we are different," Rachael answered.
"As if anyone cares if you are different. People are so busy dealing with their own shit, they don't have to care about anything else," Ivan explained.
Looking at him, she chuckled, "Look at you trying to defend yourself."
"I am not defending anyone, just stating a few facts," he remarked.
Tapping her fingers on the side of the couch, she stated, "Things are easier for you here because you are a human. You can live a normal life here without fearing anything Ivan but it's not the same for us. We don't belong here, we can't live a normal life here like you."
Slumping on the couch, he scoffed, "Of course I am not like you all, I am very different."
"Geez, what's with that tone?" Raising her brows, she chuckled, "Wait, something is bugging you."
"It's nothing."
"Come on, tell me what it is," she forced him to talk.
