As Jin woke up the smells unfamiliar entered his nose as he looked around seeing a casino surrounded him. All the other contestants where standing or well sitting next to him as they all looked equally confused. The skeleton was hanging out with some girls before he coughed and slowly walked over said, "Oh your all finally here guess it time to get this show on the road. Now I understand this isn't the traditional test you where expecting but we decided to change it this year. You will be playing for three days each time a different game and if you managed to win them all you will move onto the next trial."
The skeleton was about to go on and have a little fume but he turned around, "Oh silly me I forgot to say today game is cop and robbers you will be playing games in this casino earning money. Now I know that seems pretty obvious but there is a twist some people in here are robbers who will steal your money and the jobs are the cops is yo find out who it is." The skeleton man in the suit slowly walked away trying to drink a cocktail but it went through him which he knew it was gonna happen but he seemed sad.
Jin heard the complaints of many of the contestants but he simply ignored it as he went up towards a table of Roulette as the dealer seemed to look at him but quickly look away. He put some money down as he saw that this was a mana attached machine with it going to mana slot which is randomized each round. Jin saw that it was black fifteen so he called it out and then it began to spin but suddenly the mana switched up going towards red nineteen. As it stopped Jin's face turned sour as he now had to deal with robbers but also dealers who are cheating or maybe it just the entire casino staff.
Jin then went over to a table of blackjack sitting down he saw that there was cards made out of a thin mana and at this point a feeling came over him like they wanted him to cheat. He let out a small sigh and put down some money that was turned into chips as he put it down which made want something similar in his world. The dealer delt out cards as Jin saw he got a four and eight and then told the dealer to hit him ad the next was a nine a perfect twenty one but the cards suddenly switched up as it became a king as he went over just by one.
Jin wanted to scream his lungs out but kept calm as this would alert them that he was also cheating. Jin knew that dealer figured out his secret as he tauntingly said, "Do you wish to go against Sir?" Jin smiled calmly on the outside nodding but on the inside the urge to hit the man was almost spilling out. The dealer delt out his hand as Jin saw that the dealer was sweating like he made a mistake he then looked down and saw he had a perfect twenty one. Jin then got his money as he left but he saw the dealer walk away as another one came.
He wanted to follow the dealer but that would be to dangerous so he made the eye ball of Oliver sending to follow the dealer. The eye followed as they went towards the bosses room he saw them beating the ever living shit out of the dealer. They where taking but the since it was only an eye it couldn't pick up what they where saying. A pen suddenly pieced the eye as Oliver winced in pain telling his lord what he had seen. Jin wanted to deal with this but the power of the enemy made him shiver a bit so he would have to deal with it later.
Jin went over towards a table with decks of cards scattered around as a deck was facing each person that joined in. The dealer looked at Jin and said, "Do you wanna join in and don't worry I see your confused so I'll explain if you wanna join." Jin nodded his head wanting to try this game out but also had a theory that he wanted to test out.
The dealer started to explain the game, "This game is called kingdom you get ten cards which you can place on the deck. A two can get two cards from it a from the deck and so one while a Queen can get half and king can get it all. Then you will fight by placing the cards the higher card wins and who ever has the last cards win." Jin walked around putting down his cards as he saw each one of his cards has been changed into twos so he carefully put them on the decks with the queens and kings on the top.
As the rest carefully put their cards down he saw that the cards swapped as he gritted his teeth and wanted to hit the dealer in the face as he smiled. Jin went and placed all his cards losing all but three times he sighed as he went out looking at the game as he saw other people from the reaper trials come up. His mana eye showed him all the cards as for the normal players card didn't change but anyone in the trial it would switch up. Jin then went up and pointed towards the dealer saying, "Your one of the robbers." He started to teleport away as he saw himself back to the room he slept in.
Jin then went outside and looked at the casino ad he saw the skeleton cleaning up the body of someone who tried to run away. The skeleton simply turned and gabe Jin a nice big thumbs up congratulating him.
