Back at my job at the boutique, I went ahead and began designing the wedding dress that was given to me. White silken with little flowers embroidered, it looked like a princess gown. But something seemed odd, I blame it on the horrible breakfast I had with my uncle and niece.
They spent an hour showing off their money and wealth. Seemed strange knowing how they are still in the process of gaining alimony! But the strangest part was my hubs acting weird. As if he was trying to avoid talking to my uncle. Even when my uncle left they talked alone for sometime.
As I was about to start working on my dress , my boss asked me that the client of the dress had come in for a fitting.
And to my surprise it was my niece.
"Hi Dierdra! Sure didn't know I was making this piece for you!", I said in an awkward gaze.
"I knew you were one of the best in town so here I am!",answered my niece; "Sure its nice to see you working for me!"
"Heheh!Sure it is...", I wasnt bothered at all despite her attempts to contempt me; "How do you like this dress?"
"Fits quite nicely but I'd like some work on this bodice maybe with some gemstones? And don't worry about the money! My husband's a wealthy guy!"
"Oh! How old is he? Where does he work?", I enquired.
"50 year old and has his own law firm downtown!"
"5..50..years old? Isn't he a tad bit older than you? With you being 29 and all?", I didn't mind the age gap but I did mind the fact that she was in court hearing for her first divorce still.
"Why do you care? He is filthy rich, has a handsome son and used to be my sugar daddy!", she answered with a villainous smile.
Well,it takes all to make a world but this is too much for me to handle I guess.
I quickly made the changes and she left.
As I walked her out of the door, I noticed the same black Sedan I saw at night and while walking. I kept observing it and after an hour still it was there, so I crept up from the back door to the car to see who it was, that was stalking me!
