Victor was beyond frustrated with the new threats, new worries, and Hazel's naked photos with someone shattered him enough. He was unable to take any more stupidity. He barged towards Mia who just had a bruise on her knee due to slipping down near the table.
Pulling her up in swift by clutching her near elbow Victor sharply looked at her. "Do you think all of this is a game? Do you even understand the seriousness? Why are you not concentrating?" Victor's voice sent her shrills.
"This is more than what a human can learn in a day, if you would be in my position you would be unable to learn even a half. You should be at least happy that I am trying" Mia answered back trying to pull her hand from his grip.
"Do I look like a fool to you Mia? Just because I am being all normal to you that doesn't mean you can benefit from that. Remember every single mistake from you here will reflect on your husband's treatment there" Victor's words immediately brought tears to Mia's eyes.
Looking at her eyes, Victor understood the hatred he just instilled back in her heart. All the hard work and sweet talk he did in the morning to make her at ease went in vain.
True to her fears her pointed heels titled, and Mia's body immediately lost balance, the minute her body came into the contact with the rock-hard thing, she closed her eyes.
Feeling the hot breath of her nape, Mia slowly opened her eyes only to meet the reddish eyes of Victor who is staring at her with unexplainable emotions.
Victor who walked back into the room fuming caught Mia at the exact minute the floor was about to kiss her. Looking into her bulged eyes he felt various emotions inside him.
Victor slowly lifted Mia and made her stand straight. He observed how her chest heaved with every breath.
"I am Mia," Mia whispered to Victor thinking that he is looking at her with red eyes mistaking her for Hazel.
"Yeah.." Victor fluttered.
"What was that?" Victor questioned.
"I am trying to walk holding my head up and my heels twisted, I always wore plain shoes," Mia answered.
"Remember the past Mia, you are no longer that. You are Hazel; instill that in your brain. Your talk, your walk, your habits, even your thinking should be like Hazel. Get ready for being her from inside only then you can do things right" Victor ordered.
"What will be the reason for living when I become someone else?" Mia muttered under her breath.
"What?" Victor questioned unable to hear Mia clearly.
Mia just shrugged.
"Go and start the practice again, no mistakes need to be rolled again" commanding Mia, Victor walked towards the couch placed in the room and took a seat.
Mia who was already comfortable with the dress and heels felt a million times more uncomfortable when his eyes didn't leave her. Though she tried concentrating on her walk his eyes made her quiver and she tripped down a few more times.
Victor was beyond frustrated with the new threats, new worries, and Hazel's naked photos with someone shattered him enough. He was unable to take any more stupidity. He barged towards Mia who just had a bruise on her knee due to slipping down near the table.
With the things surrounding him, Victor pushed away the thought of guilt she had for Mia.
"Now listen, I will be watching you and I need you to walk all over the guesthouse covering every room and return here within half an hour that too without any bruise or wound. Go," Victor commanded.
Giving him a disgusted look Mia took a deep breath before leaving the room. Victor stopped the instructors and observed Mia's body language on the screen where the output is being played, which is being recorded by the secret cameras instilled in every corner of the mansion.
Mia felt like kicking away everything and run back to her place, but she knew she was trapped with that psycho who changes his colours for every moment. Though she felt like crying, she didn't let the tears slip out of her eyes and give Psycho one more reason to have the winning smirk.
"Hey Mia, why are you crying?" Travis who was passing from there questioned her.
Mia chose to ignore the question, but remembering the schooling she received, she immediately formed a fake polite smile on her lips.
"I am just strolling over. Do you need something?" she questioned with a smile.
"Good progress, but you should be using the words like; Can I help you in any way. Keep it up" giving a small appreciation Travis walked away.
"She is hurt," Travis commented entering the room.
"I can't keep on requesting him when she keeps throwing tantrums. Is she is a kid? Do you know she takes nothing seriously and only works when we are rude to her? We should deal with people in the language they understand and see you have the result before your eyes" Victor pointed towards Mia who is panting hard walking back.
"Why do people live in such big houses?" Mia tried hard to catch her breath.
"This is not even one-fourth of the Royal mansion you are going to live" Travis answered with a smile
"Let's go" Victor clutched her hand in his.
Mia tried pulling back but his grip tightened.
"Once we enter the Royal compound, the newlyweds should walk hand in hand with a smile. Practice that from now so that you won't find it awkward or troublesome" with that, Victor entwined his fingers in the gaps of her fingers.
Mia observed how Victor clutched her hand and a lone tear slipped from her eye.
"Are you missing your husband?" Victor whispered near Mia's year.
Mia didn't react anything and looked dull, though Victor felt something wrong she let it go as he had enough to deal with.
"No, you should only be seated after all the men are seated" Victor instructed.
"Why are they born from heaven?" Mia mocked.
"Mia..." both men stretched.
Cursing under her breath Mia stood up and sat back when she saw Victor and Travis being seated.
"Go ahead" Victor smiled pushing the food towards her and Mia screamed horrified, while Victor smirked.
