Chapter 16 - Black Wings Clan Palace

In 20 years of life, this was the first time that Namara felt flying in the sky. Her feelings were a mix of joy, tension, and fear.

Eros' hand was on Namara's waist. However, she still felt that it was not enough. What if he just let her go? She will fall freely.

Eros felt the tension in Namara's body. Without turning he said, "I won't let you go."

Of course. It was not without reason that he brought a sex slave into the palace. He has a purpose of his own that no one else needs to know about.

Namara was quite surprised. She looked directly at the man with an indescribable look in her eyes. Can this man read other people's minds?

'Looks like I should be more careful,' thought Namara.

They kept flying so high. Namara couldn't see how things were down there because her vision was blocked by white clouds. To her who was only a mere mortal, this was something thrilling.

Luckily it didn't last that long. After coming out of the cloud, she was immediately presented with a different view.

A large and tall building with pointed peaks is now in sight. On several sides of the main building, there were some towers do not know what their function is.

Namara stared at the building without blinking. It was the palace of the Black Wings clan that she had long hoped for.

If anyone thought the palace of the Black Wings Clan was in such a crowded place, then they were wrong. Tens of meters from the building some fortifications separate it from the hustle and bustle of the city. So this place is quite separate and special.

In addition, this building is also surrounded by quite lush trees. The atmosphere became quite cold, in contrast to the bustling city outside the fort.

Namara also saw that there were many guards scattered every meter around the palace building. It would be very difficult to break in. Not to mention the guards outside the fort.

Apart from what was seen with the naked eye, Namara was sure many hidden arrays or formations were protecting this building. She just couldn't see or feel it.

Eros landed right in front of the palace entrance. He let go of Namara and just then a man was seen walking out of the Palace. The man immediately approached them.

"Sir, the clan head wants to speak." That man was none other than Lyco, Eros' confidant.

"Take this woman to the West Star palace. I will meet my father first," said Eros, to which Lyco immediately nodded.

Namara didn't say anything. She just stared at Eros' back which was moving further and further away. Good, looks like for now she will be safe from Eros.

"Ever since you stepped on this place you have given up your freedom. Don't ever try to run away or complain about bad things that might happen," Lyco said while looking at Namara.

He had seen the women dozens of times who tried to escape because they couldn't stand the life here. However, in the end, they failed and ended up getting punished.

"Thanks for your warning," replied Namara. Is that guy kidding? Ran away? Namara wanted to scoff.

She had given up everything. Starting from self-esteem and dignity. All would only be in vain if she fled without completing her objective.

"Good. Come with me now." Lyco turned and Namara followed him.

When they entered, the view of the corridors leading to various places was immediately clear. Namara raised her head to look up. She could see the ceiling of a very high building.

There are many crystals with black color that become building ornaments. Even though this place is majestic, everything is black so Namara doesn't make it special.

Instead of considering it majestic and beautiful, Namara called it dark and gloomy. Was it because their clan name was Black Wings?

Namara scanned every corner of the building carefully. Yes, she must know and memorize correctly so that one day she will have no difficulty in her revenge mission.

They continued to move down the corridor. Suddenly Namara heard a clatter coming from another direction. Ahead there was an intersection, it seemed that someone was about to pass.

"Pull over and lower your head," Lyco ordered in a low voice.

Namara didn't know the reason. However, she immediately obeyed Lyco's orders. She stepped to the side of the wall and looked down. Lyco did the same.

At that moment the clattering became clearer and closer. Namara kept looking down until her vision caught a pair of bare feet striding gracefully.

The left leg is tied with a bracelet filled with very small bells. From the shape of Namara's feet, one could infer it was a woman.

Even though Namara was curious, she didn't dare to raise her head. She was afraid it would cause trouble.

The woman continued to walk past Namara. However, soon the clattering sound suddenly stopped.

"Lyco, is this the new sex slave for brother Eros?" The voice sounded as soft as cotton, but there was a hint of sharpness implied.

"That's right, Miss," Lyco replied.

"Mmm...."

The clattering sound came closer. The woman was curious about Namara's face. It can be seen from the next command.

"Raise your head. I want to see what kind of woman Eros brother likes."

Namara was about to raise her head, but suddenly Lyco cut in, "Sorry, Miss. Mr. Eros won't be happy if someone tries to see the appearance of his sex slave."

The woman chuckled a little. "Yeah, you're right," she said. After that, she walked away again leaving a tinkling sound ringing in the air.

After feeling safe then Namara raised her head. She looked in the direction the woman had gone. Too bad her figure is no longer visible.

"Don't ever show your face to her. Unless you want to turn your face bad enough," Lyco said. It seemed that he understood Namara's confusion.

"Why?" asked Namara not understanding.

"She doesn't like anyone prettier than her," Lyco replied as he walked away.

Namara was quite surprised to hear that reason. She became curious and asked, "What will she do if she meets another woman who is prettier?"

"I can't be sure, what's clear is that she won't treat you well. In this palace only she can be the most beautiful woman," explained Lyco.

Finally, Namara understood. The people here are indeed quite terrible. How can there be such a woman? Though her voice sounded good, her nature was not as good as her voice.

"Do you know who she is?"

"She is one of the daughters of the clan head. She is a genius, so her nature is a little arrogant."

Namara nodded. Truly a terrible place. It would be fun if she could tear it down.

They continued walking until they exited the main building. Ahead there stood another building which was slightly smaller than the main building. On the high and pointed roof, there is a single star symbol.

Namara followed Lyco through the grass separating the two buildings. They entered the building and were immediately confronted with two steps leading to the east and west.

Lyco suddenly clapped his hands three times. Namara was wondering, what is that man doing?

A few moments later several women came over. They wear the same uniform. It turned out that Lyco had just summoned the palace maid.

"Namara is the new woman who will be living here. Take her and treat her body!" Lyco ordered firmly.

"Okay," replied the palace maids in unison.

Namara looked at Lyco with a protesting look. What needs to be treated? Her appearance was already quite like this.

However, of course, Lyco didn't care about Namara at all. The man just turned away.
