after faes checked her status she stayed still for a long time. it took her a long time to read it, and she found out many things she haven't noticed till now.
she actually had few skills that she didn't knew about! voir, auzi, zin and cheiro were some senses related skills that she didn't notice before.
now that she knew faes instantly tried them out sitting up on her bed.
"there amazing!" once faes checked the skills she found that these skills didn't use much mana and were easy to use too. its a pity she didn't knew about them before.
along with this skills faes noticed that she had nature's magic but she still didn't had any idea how to use it?
similarly faes spent whole day playing with her status and skills.
faes also refined the pills and potions for natures blessing finishing this months ten applications.
after resting faes continued her journey towards the docks. this part of nadar was filled with forest unlike the border between nadar and reptiliance.
faes was halfway to the docks when she noticed a swamp lake. some low tiered beast were trying to drink water but a huge alligator wasn't letting them near the water.
out of goodwill faes decided to kill the alligator. she was also bored she might get enough exp to level up from killing this noble establishment stage alligator.
covering her sword with fire faes teleported above the aliigator's head thrusting her sword in its head. the fire extended deeper in the aliigator's skull killing it directly.
faes saw the notification about the alligator being killed and soon her exp bar got filled but she didn't breakthrough.
'what?'
just as she was going to ask the system about it she noticed a letter appearing in front of her making her sigh.
it was aiden's letter titled breakthrough to elemental strengthening stage.
faes sat on the huge alligator's body as she opened the letter.
[dear faes,
if you are reading this letter then it means you are about to breakthrough to elemental strengthening stage of cultivation. but its not easy to cross the threshold.
from knight establishment stage till king establishment stage a cultivator focuses on refining their skills and expanding their domain around them. breaking through these stages is quite easy but in elemental strengthening stage a cultivator refines the elements they are made of and strengthens them.
in short in elemental strengthening stage a cultivator refines and strengthens their meridians all over their body. if they don't do this the cultivator wont breakthrough no matter what.
to refine the meridians a person can also use the acupressure points in their bodies. with this letter i have attached a book on acupressure and merdian strengthening hope you find it useful and breakthrough easily, it might get slightly painful though.

faes felt tears form in her eyes at the end of reading the letter. she remembered aiden teaching her about cultivation levels as she brokethrough. the way how he scolded her to keep her skills on par with her cultivation. even now he was still guiding her! due to sudden yerning faes felt emotional but she soon caught herself. she cant get sad, she have to fulfil aiden's wishes.
shaking her head faes glanced at the books that appeared in front of her. one was shorter while other was slightly thick.
opening the thin one faes began reading not minding the beast around her or the dead alligator on which she was currently sitting on.
the booklet was a shorter version on meridians and pressure points on humans and dragons. it even marked and named them along with few methods of refining and strengthening them.
but faes didn't get to refining and strengthening right after reading the thin booklet. because she wasn't only a human and dragon but a mixture of more than one race.
'system scan my body and make a 3d model of my meridians and acupressure points'

soon a model appeared in front of faes showing her meridians and pressure points. the 3d model even pointed out slight details about each one.
studying the model for more than two hours faes had slight understanding on what to do. hence she sat properly closing her eyes and taking steady breaths. with each breath she inhaled some qi and magic particles letting them enter her meridians.
the mana then refined the meridians which were tread like tubes. once the particular area was refined the mana particles turned dull which she guided out of her body exhaling.
she repeated this process till all her meridians were refined once along with the pressure points.
just as she opened her eyes she noticed some changes around her. there seem to be a silverfish purple glow around her as the mana began to go berserk and formed a storm.
the mana from the storm entered her body and meridians. it began to refine them again and again while the dulled mana was exiled from her body. the continuous refinement caused faes grit her teeth in pain.
the mana even went more berserk as it began to nourish and strengthen the meridians making the pain increase by several folds. sweat formed on faes forehead as she endured the pain. though it was less intense than what she experienced before it was still enough to make her helpless.
by the time the storm settled down it was evening. faes felt so tired that she just wanted to sleep. she checked her body and cultivation but only got shocked in return.
'elemental strengthening stage 5?'
faes even asked the system to check her cultivation to make sure that she was correct.
[host is indeed elemental strengthening stage 5 currently, due to host not bothering to stop the mana it refined and strengthened host meridians to their limit increasing host cultivation level]

'nevermind!' faes entered mystic fog castle after storing the alligator's body.
"sister faes! you are back, we were worried for you since you skipped breakfast!" sky and kai appeared in front of faes as sky hugged her tightly.
"i am sorry baby, but now i am so hungry that i can eat a whole cow" faes replied
"food is ready lets go" kai took faes and sky inside and fed faes until she was full.
after eating faes felt better hence she decided to continue her journey to the docks.
"let us join you" tae li and tony said as she was preparing to leave.
"sure" faes didn't refuse as she picked up tony while tae li sat on her shoulder.
once back in real world faes continued her journey.
just as they were about few miles from the docks faes got a call from her family in altai.
"lets rest here for a while" she said to tony and tae li as they sat near a tree.

in royal palace, capital city kingdom altai
king augustus sat in his office after finishing the work. he remembered that his daughter has left the kingdom reptiliance few days back but was yet to get here. he had worried about her and even tried to call her but the call didn't connect through.
this had made him worry more! but he couldn't do anything hence he continued to call her and finally it got through.
as faes picked up the call a holographic scene appeared in front of king augustus. faes was currently sitting on a tree root below a huge glowing tree while a white wolf pup rested in her lap and a black falcon sat on her shoulder.
this scene left king augustus speechless. he felt hypnotised as he saw his daughter unable to get his eyes away from her. he stared at faes until he was pulled out of his imagination by faes greeting
"good evening royal father, are you well?"
king augustus coughed as he looked away from his daughter embarrassed but soon collected himself
"yes i am well, how are you and where are you?" king augustus asked eyeing the two creatures near faes. these two seem too relaxed around his daughter and even faes was relaxed patting and carrasing the two.
"i am fine, i was just about to get a ship to altai from the docks in nadar." faes replied smiling.
once king augustus saw faes smile the restlessness in his heart dissipated. faes was safe and will soon be back in her own kingdom.
"its good but why couldn't i call you before?" king Augustus asked the question that had left him concerned. when he asked faes revealed a sheepish expression.
"that i was teleporting to save time. maybe you called at that time hence it didn't get through?"
king augustus paused hearing her then his eyes widened. "you can teleport?"
he didn't knew what power his daughter have. even after watching the fight faes had in reptiliance he only knew she had used her blood essence that time and didn't knew what kind of powers she have. now his daughter said she was teleporting, doesn't that means that faes can use space magic? one of the most rare and difficult magic.
"uh kind of?!" faes replied vaguely neither accepting nor denying making king augustus frown.
"alright then when are you getting back home?"
