after being slapped faes realised something and was alert. when faes had encountered richard a year ago he was still a noble establishment stage cultivator but now his cultivation was not any weaker than the peak king establishment stage.

"but sky is real blood daughter of his majesty former king aiden and i know that i am accepted by her as a sister." faes smiled at the assurance she felt from the link between her and sky. sky seemed to have been awake now and felt her guilt so she sent her feelings of love as a sister to her.
"and that's enough reason for me to kill you right here! how dare you try to kidnap my sister and the princess of kingdom reptiliance?" faes shouted as she glared at Richard releasing her aura of mid-noble establishment stage.
richard took a step back in fear but then he caught himself. he was way higher in cultivation than her why did he suddenly have a feeling of fear? angered by his own reaction he glared at faes in more hatred.
"you will also lose that fake sisterly bond that you have created. the reputation that you have gathered after showing a fake smile in the past year is being destroyed as we speak. my servants have created proof that you were going to ambush the royal family and had kidnapped sky for our sect. you will be announced a traitor and murderer soon" richard laughed but faes sat silently.
she knew something like this was going to happen hence she had made preparations beforehand.

the place where faes should have been was still filled with dust which was settling slowly but the silhouette of a girl can be seen walking out of the dust unscathed!
