It was not petty actually; he was truly worried at first. As he knew how clumsy she is, he thought something likely happened to her as she was not answering her phone calls. That morning when Kiera came back to her apartment and told that she was just chilling out in her apartment, as usual, he was slightly mad.
She has time to watch tons of dramas at home, but she can't have a little bit of time to answer his calls. Is she ignoring him? And here he was thinking whether she is in danger or something. Come to think of it, she did tell him that she will be at his service until Kiera comes back.
