I kept my eyes shut as the small beads of sun rays fell on top of my eyes. Morning birds are chirping and chilly winter breezes outside making it double hard to keep my eyes shut. I was about to roll over so that the sun rays won't reach my eyes, but I had to open them abruptly in a heartbeat... I probably won't die, but I will definitely end up with a few cracked bones If I fell down from this tree branch where I closed my eyes last night.
Because of the intense rays from the sun, I couldn't keep my eyes open and had to squint to see. I opened my eyes gently, basically squinting as I looked around my surroundings. I see a huge cracked ceiling...? And also, why does the ground feel like a smooth but dusty surface. As much as I remember, I was on top of an old branch of a tree...
"What the hell!!" - I screamed out loud as I sat up straight, finally decided to wake up. This is clearly not the place where I remember having slept last night. I don't get why every time I close and open my eyes, I find myself in a completely different place. Am I under some voodoo spell or something?
I rubbed my eyes rather fiercely, hoping that I was having some delusional insights again, but nothing changed. The exact same place where I slept the day before...
"The Abandoned House?!"... Yes, the house is abandoned, wretched and old which means...
''I'M BACK TO THIS STUPID PLACE! WAS IT JUST A DREAM THEN... Oh gosh, please no... Was it all a dream? Ellis, Aekarus, was it just a mere dream, that realistic?" - I couldn't help but scream like some crazy person. I couldn't believe it! It looked so real. I never dreamed of something so realistic. The walk, the experience, the way Ellis talked and the way we shared our smiles, it was a dream...
''Man, I knew it was a dream, It has to be... that kind of creature, that kind of magical place only exists in dreams. How foolish I am to think any of that was real...'' - I said to myself, on the verge of tears. I was so happy to think I migrated from this stupid place to that new beautiful, magical place. I, for the first time, made a friend with a cute and lovely creature and all of that was a dream.
After a while, I managed to calm myself down. I stood up and stretched up a little. I have to take in everything well like a mature 17-year-old I am. It's good to have realistic dreams once in a while, but I shouldn't hold onto it. I have to admit that, that was wild. I remember everything so vividly and I could never forget about this dream.
"I have to write this one in my precious diary. Maybe someday I will be able to become a huge writer by writing out this amazing dream." - I said to myself as I looked around for my backpack. I saw it in the corner where I had left it. I picked it up and corrected my wrinkled dress a bit before walking out of that house.
Just like I've seen, the house was in its old form... sadly. It was so pretty with in my dream. I hope someday I'll get to see its beautiful form again when someone actually decides to stay here (People around the neighbourhood think this house has some paranormal entities, and they'd suggest no one buys it for their own good)
Also, Just as I have seen, the forest was now in a whitish grey colour with all the snow that fell onto the ground last night... even some more. I strangely don't feel cold or freezing, and it doesn't even seem like I was sleeping on a floor for the whole freezing night inside a broken mansion. Judging by the amount of snow lying on the ground, I should be frozen by now. Weird...
I got out of that forest in a few minutes and went straight to my house, which was only a few blocks away from the forest. I badly needed a shower, the floors were super dusty. There are a few vehicles outside since it's so early in the morning, perhaps 6 or 7 am.
Finally, I could see the window of my room and my house right around the block. I jogged towards my house and saw an unfamiliar tall figure standing in front of my house. The navy blue coat and dark black jeans... It's our school's uniform. I don't expect someone to be in front of my house, especially someone from my school. Because nobody other than my home room teacher knows where I live. Suddenly, that person turned around...
