At the crack of dawn, Sabbie woke up from her four hour sleep and took a basin of cold bath water. She splashed it on her dry and haggard face and puffy eyes with traces of tears. She sluggishly tidy herself up and put some cosmetics to hide her pale and dry complexion.
It is still morning but usually sounds of maids walking and talking while doing their morning routine could be heard, but it was already three days since they left the west house and transferred to the main house. Originally, there are a limited number of servants in the house, so the time spent to transfer is short. It has also been three days since the nanny was left to do all the job and watch the sleeping (dead) Aillenne.
She brought scented wash water together with a white soft cloth to clean Aillenne's body and a new batch of white roses to be placed on the vase near the window.
She moved weakly like a zombie, however when she opened the door she lost her senses and the water basin splashed down the floor.
"My... my lady?"
She muttered and anxiously rubbed her puffy eyes to see clearly.
She felt frightened and nervous but the feeling of joy filled her heart. She rushed to Aillenne's side and hugged her tightly.
"My lady... you're alive!"
She kept pouring her worries for the past days even if the lady in front of her was looking blankly and didn't speak.
'The lady seemed confused. Well, if you experience that kind of trauma, it is possible. I just hope my lady is okay.'
She happily skipped to the kitchen to make breakfast and moved the food to Aillenne's room. After that, she readied a new bath water and cleaned Aillenne while still chattering.
Nobody can stop the nanny. She felt proud and happy for herself in believing that Aillenne isn't dead and in believing that she's going back.
She finished her activities and in tending Aillenne's needs and slightly decorated Aillenne as celebration for her revival.
"My lady, I'm going out for a while. I promise, I'll be back. Please wait for me."
Aillenne nodded in agreement then the nanny forgot about etiquette as she dashed out of the west house towards the main mansion to call for the servants who work for Aillenne before.
"Milady is alive!!!"
"Shay! Milady is alive!"
"Therese, my Aillenne, my lady Aillenne is alive!"
The nanny was happy and announced the event.
"I told you, she's crazy."
"Who would nurse and obviously dead person?"
"I really pity the nanny."
"She loves the lady and became crazy when the lady died."
"I can see her future being cast out of this estate by the master. She's getting crazy."
"What are you talking about, Sabbie? Don't tell me you've actually became crazy?"
"No! That's not it."
"I told you that we commoners, should not be associated with the masters, be it young or old. You've grown attached to the lady making you like this."
"No, listen to me---"
"You've actually became crazy. Ha! Who would go back when you're obviously dead? You even treated the dead like alive. Only crazy people do these."
The nanny became quiet and sighed dejectedly. Suddenly, a familiar voice spoke near them.
"What's the matter? Huh? The nanny? Why are you here?"
Peter, the chef inquired.
Feeling hopeful, the nanny dragged the chef back to the west house and some other maids and servants tagged along to see for themselves the foolishness Sabbie were spouting.
No one believed the story at first until they saw it from their own eyes.
The young lady with long silvery-blue hair that cascaded down her butt, big, dewy and jewel like blue-violet eyes and the previously pale and dead colored lips now colored with rich red tint. Her pale cheeks were alive and her lids blinked and her eyelashes fluttered like a butterfly.
The young lady was brought to life!
It was such a miracle that no one would believe to happen, an event worth celebrating. However, amidst the happy event the Marquis and Marchioness didn't even pay a visit as they were busy of their own affairs, and since she is already dead to them the moment that she is born without any talent and mana.
After that day, it went back to normal as if such event never happened. Only the nanny celebrated her revival. The servants were again sent back to tend the master who is now alive. It was such a short vacation to the main house.
It was lunch time when the nanny brought food all the way to the room. The simple and commoner-like room was lit by a single being that seemed out of this world.
The thirteen year old Aillenne looked so alluring and mystical that even the nanny who nursed her all this years would still be at awe whenever she saw the child.
She was worried, however, as the young lady didn't even spared a glance towards the carefully prepared food and her most favorite dish, and only gazed blankly at the garden below the window.
The nanny flinched when she heard the soft and melodious voice of the child. It's been a week since she died, brought back to life and spoke.
"What's my name?"
"My lady? You are Aillenne Zannoah Winston of the Winston Marquisate. Do you perhaps... forgot about it?"
The nanny carefully asked while fiddling with her fingers hoping that what she's afraid about would come true. And alas! It did come true as Aillenne confirmed while nodding and grasping her head.
"My lady, what's wrong?! Did your head hurt? Did someone bother you again? Did Young Master Derrick bully you again?"
The nanny asked and asked questions but none of it were heard by the sobbing Aillenne.
'My lady forgot about herself! What should I do?'
The nanny asked herself and wiped her tears.
'So this is the reason why I felt something was off. Milady changed because she can't recall things about herself!'

Sierra Zynne was at first confused when she woke up one morning.
A large bed with pink curtains overhead, a soft cushion beneath her body, the warm blankets and the sweet smell of flowers.
When she first opened her eyes she was surprised when a woman made a fuss calling names of people in a language she first heard.
Then.
The door opened hurriedly and people surrounded her thus, she could not discern what is going on. Some were crying, some were aghast, others disgusted and there were only a few who had the look of relief.
Her thoughts were muddled and a few images flashed her mind and slowly disappeared.
'W-what's with this situation?'
She tried to speak but her throat is parched. She asked water by hand signals. Voices flooded her ears but surprisingly, she could understand what they were talking about.
'Where am I? Who are these people? Why is this woman crying and shouting praises to an unknown being?'
Questions flooded her head.
'Am I in a show? Like what I saw from TV yesterday? Like, what do we call it? Prank? Yes. That would be it.'
'These people will leave me alone if I don't give them the reaction they wanted of me.'
Then she slumped back to bed and fall asleep.
But, what she hoped never happened.
