"Dia, run!"
The noises were starting to approach closer when he told her to run but she didn't budge an inch from the spot and instead held onto him from behind.
One of his hands moved from his front and came to his side where Claudia was clutching onto the fabric of his shirt. He held her fist and pulled it apart forcefully yet gently. "I said go, hurry!"
His statement had no effect on the stubborn princess who had already made up her mind. She didn't know where the sudden courage came from or why she was ready to risk her life but not dodge him behind. She doubted that her bravery had something to do with his presence.
She took a few steps back and picked up a dry log from the ground, adjusting it in her hands like a weapon as her eyes were narrowed past Hellion's shoulder.
