*Kiyoko Sasaki's POV*
//April 13, 2040//Friday//
Raku and I got startled by that scream and hurried quickly.
I can't believe this, maybe I am naive to think that I can reach out to them so we can find a way to fight back against Ichi without thinking of the other possibilities these students might do.
But, this is reality. There is no way that they will work with me.
In another's perspective, having a gifted talent, killing all of the students here inside is the best way to get out of this place. We rushed inside the cafeteria to help the person who screamed earlier.
"Aaaah! This really tastes good!!"
"You are really amazing at cooking, Megumin!"
"Huh?"
Me and Raku were speechless at what we witnessed inside. We saw the green-haired boy alongside the girl with long blue hair eating their lunch happily. All of a sudden, the nice girl wearing a ponytail approached us.
"Hi! Nice to meet the two of you again! That's right, I forgot to introduce myself. I am Hagumi Megumin."
Hagumi Megumin. From what I know she is an amazing chef in a five-star Japanese restaurant. At her age, she can even keep up with world-class chefs, and can even come up with her own dishes that can attract the attention of a lot of people.
"The name is Raku Nakamura! You can just call me Raku. Nice to meet you guys!"
"I'm Kiyoko Sasaki. By the way, is she the one who screamed earlier?"
I stared at the two of them who were enjoying their lunch. Those meals that they were eating looked like they came from a five-star restaurant. Maybe it was made by Megumin herself?
I kind of wanted to taste it.
"Sorry about that! This food really tasted good! I can't help but scream out loud. Oh, by the way, my name is Yua Ichika."
The girl who screamed earlier was Yua Ichika. She is the one with the long blue hair and has a really nice body figure. Based on my research about this person, she excels in Fashion Designing.
In the world of Filmmaking, all of her costume designs were picked by well-known film studios, and her designs really captured their attention.
"Oi, you the one with the green hair, maybe you can introduce yourself? You have been eating with me, and I don't even know who you are. "
"Well, you did not ask."
Huh? Yua Ichika? A Fashion Designer does not know this man?
Wait. Does everyone here doesn't know who this boy with green hair is?
"I'm Ryo Asahi. Nice to meet you, I guess."
"R-RYO ASAHI?!" Everyone shouted.
"YOU KNOW HIM?!" I asked.
"Sasaki, you do not know the famous Ryo Asahi? You of all people!?"
"Shut up, Raku! Of course, I know him! I was just surprised that everyone knows who he is."
Well, I guess a famous film director who earns a lot of money from blockbuster movies that he directed is even known by people who focus a lot of their time on something.
"But, dude, I did not expect a famous director to be the same age as us. You are also a college student just like us!"
"I guess what Ichi said about all of us who have amazing talents is true." Ichika said.
All of them were shocked by Asahi's appearance. Well, I guess it's kind of understandable.
When people started to interview Asahi with the films he directed online, he disguises himself in the video as an anime character with the voice of an adult using a voice changer.
From what I learned, Asahi did not want to show his real face because of his age, and appearance because it might be troublesome for him.
But that was years ago. He may be famous, but he just suddenly disappeared from the film industry a while back.
I wonder what happened to him?
"You two have not eaten your lunch, am I right? Sit down beside them. I'm going to make lunch for the both of you."
"Megumin, Can I have seconds please?" Asahi asked.
"Seconds for me too please!"
"Seriously, you two just ate earlier. Okay then. Four dishes coming right up!"
Megumin quickly ran inside the kitchen. I can assume that Ichi provided us with ingredients that we can use to cook food for ourselves. But, food cooked by a chef in a five-star restaurant is just exciting.
We can smell the Curry dish Megumin was making from here. My mouth started to water because of the smell and Raku's stomach just started growling. At last, Megumin served us the dish that she made.
"Here you go! I hope you will like it!"
It is an exaggeration coming from me, but the dish itself looked like it was glowing. The smell of curry pierces through your nose that can make your senses go blank, and the presentation itself makes your mouth water a lot.
"Thanks for the food!"
We began to chow down the food that Megumin gave us, and it was really delicious.
The beef katsu really melts in your mouth, and the curry itself coats every rice that you put in your spoon. Now I know why both Ichika, and Asahi wanted to have seconds.
"Megumin, you really are a good cook HOLY SHIT!" Raku shouted.
"As expected from an amazing chef in a five-star restaurant. Your food is amazing."
"Wait! You work in a five-star restaurant?!"
Ichika was startled with what I just told them about Megumin working in a five-star restaurant. The three of them were amazed by Megumin and started clapping their hands for her.
"Aaaah… Stop it, you three! that is embarrassing but I'm glad you liked it."
"But, Sasaki. How did you know that Megumin is working as a chef in a great restaurant?" Asahi asked.
"Umm… Well, you see..."
