I had connected once with horses, the first one was Yishen's stallion who he rode on daily basis. That beast and I connected on a whole another level in such a way even when it got lost one day, somehow fate brought it back to the palace and it raced to me instantly. Then I connected with Lee's stallion when we fled Leilani and lived at the temple in Wonchon. Perhaps I thought I had a thing with stallions.
But now I was leaning on this new beast feeling like we have known each other before, it neighed softly whenever my hand soothed it's neck. I nearly reached out to the stirrup and mount it but I knew better than to steal someone else's horse.
"You are good with horses... it seems to like you too" said a strange white young man who I had no clue for how long was he looking at me and the stallion.
"I, um..." I stuttered go find words and the young man who was simply my age and incredibly handsome took a step closer to me.
