Jennie was putting the noodles into the pot when suddenly it striked her about why James was so flustered earlier. She badly wanted to hit herself and hide somewhere. She wished that ground would open up so she can bury herself there and hide from him. For God's sake, she is a K-drama lover and she said that slang, she even remembered that while she was watching Oh My Ghost , she asked Luna how can people say that without being shy . That was the last drama she binge watched . Now, she has a company, a secret organization and a singing image to handle. She can't be free at anytime but she would love to watch some k-drama again in her free time because she is an absolute fan of them although she doesn't look like one.
Soon, the noodles were cooked and she served them in two bowls. She also added some hot spicy sauce to it because he asked for it so "nicely". She also took out some kimchi in a bowl for herself because she loved kimchi with noodles. It was like a match made in heaven.
"Here you go .. "said Jennie as she handed the bowl to James.
"Looks tasty !! Are you sure you can have this as a singer because as much as I know this is quite unhealthy..?!"asked James in a playful voice as he wanted to tease her.
"Ohh, That you don't need to worry .. I can always go on a diet if I become fat and this much won't harm me ..You don't have to show your "kindness" I know that you want to eat my portion also but you see I am not that dumb..." answered Jennie as she laughed in an evil manner.
"Hey, What's with that laugh ?? I am feeling goosebumps all over ."
She gazed at him as she chuckled again and went to the living room . James was ignored but he didn't mind it if he made her laugh. He also walked in the living room only to see her sitting on the couch as she turned on the TV.
"Are you going to watch news ??"asked James in a hilarious manner.
"Gosh!! Yeah.. I am definitely going to watch news at 3 am in night along with eating ramen. How amazing that sounds ,doesn't it ?!!"she spoke in a sarcastic way.
"Ohh. Then what are you watching?"
"Umm.. Do you watch k-drama ?"
James looked at her in shock , he never expected her to ask this .
"No, You??"
"Ohh, I was an absolute fan of it in teenage years but after that I did not get the chance to ever watch it again because of all the duties pasted on me . But I will watch it today... and you are going to accompany me"
He stared at her as he thought about her watching kdrama.
"Honestly, Imagine the great Diana - the underworld queen watching a k-drama and crying over it. That would be such a treasureful moment ... "
Jennie look at him in irritation. She was surprised at how much he made fun of her.
"Or you can imagine me killing you right here for irritating me for the nth number of times... Gosh!! How mesmerizing the scene would be !!"
Sarcasm was laced in her tone .
"I can see you today being very humorous !!"said Jennie as she searched which drama they will watch.
"Seriously, you are going to force me to watch the drama.. "
"I am not forcing you dear... Its you returning my FAVOR for giving you shelter in my pretty house. Mafias don't keep any debts , do they?"
James had no words to retort . He could never win against in verbal fight . So, he unwillingly surrendered as he ate his ramen while watching the drama which she started to watch.
It was 6 am in morning and they both just finished watching fourth episode of the drama.
"How could that soldier kidnap her ?? He is a soldier for God's sake " asked James in an irritated manner.
Jennie amusingly looked at him. Throughout the episodes , he seemed more interested than her and looked like he was genuinely enjoying the show. She chuckled at his question. He looked like a child whose lolipop has been taken away.
"So that , she can spy on the group and report it to her boss. She has to comply with him as she needed to be there . "
James looked a little satisfied by the answer but still...
"So, as you can see it's already 6 am and I am feeling quite sleepy , so let's go to our rooms to sle-"
She was speaking when suddenly her phone flashed with the name of Sophia . She picked it up .
"Hello, Sophia . Is everything alright??"
"Yes , mam . But the driver who tried to kidnap you , we searched his indentity and found that he worked at a research center . Other than that there is no information about him . Also , ... he killed himself by breaking the cyanide tooth he had in his mouth. "
"What?? Seriously, how is this possible? ..... Ok, It's fine, continue searching any clues related to him. "
Jennie's personality took a 180° turn when she was talking to Sophia making James amazed about how can someone change his personality in a second.
Jennie ended the call, she looked calm but she was storming through her brain for any clues .
After storming a little , she did not find anything , so she unwillingly surrendered.
"I am going to sleep .. Byee.." she told James as she went to her room leaving him alone in the room.
He also was walking towards his room when his phone suddenly pinged . He checked it out and was shocked to see that this month was going to have a blood moon. He did not like it at all because of some reasons . He sighed as he shut his room's door and fell on his bed . He also slept in a few minutes just like Jennie who was asleep already . They both were sleeping as if there was no tomorrow.
