I plan to mix the hell flames with penance stare to make the hell flames be a sort of puryfying flames, that use evil as fuel. The way that will work is by burning the evil people's souls to hell like normal, but if the person is not that bad, they may even survive the excruciating experience and become good afterwards, for people that are good but have some sins then the flame will just be warm, and the ones who are 100% good without a speck of evil, they may not even notice the flame is there at all. So yeah, mc will be able to go trigger happy with his flames
