An hour later Nunu came back with monsters in hand. I then ordered for Alister to kill them so that the majority of the EXP points will go to him. At first, he was reluctant since he felt guilty. But I don't have the time for that so I ordered him to do so.

"But... I don't like how I raise my level by doing the last hit on them!"
"It's so that you won't die, idiot!"
Our current location is around 700 meters north-west to the adventurer's encampment. We are just staying underneath a tree's shade.
After a while I noticed multiple signals coming our way.
"Let's go to the forest!" I said.
"Why?" Alister ask.
"To hunt some fish. A big fish"
He was confused to what I said. Well that is a normal response.
We head out to the forest. The epicenter of the outbreak is in the deepest part of the forest. And this forest happens to be the biggest one in the Empire. After walking for twenty minutes...
"Do you sense them?" I whispered.
"Barely" Nunu whispered back.
Seventeen in total. I supposed they are the underlings of whoever I pissed off back in the tent earlier.
"I will protect Alister, in the meantime, you go take care of the trashes. We will be watching over here"
Alister was confused again to what I said. That would be because he didn't even realize that we were being followed from the beginning.
"Don't kill them. Only engage in battle when I give you my signal"

One-by-one, people emerge from the shadows of the trees.
"I'm sorry but we are going to kill you" A man with a scar on his face said.
"Hey, aren't you the one who was cursing me earlier! Hahaha! You sure are doing a good job as a fly to annoy people around!"
The man's face twitch. A full enraged adult being childish like this. Pride is sometimes a curse after all. It is so easy to provoke prideful guys like him, and it is also brings fun for me.
A lightning bolt suddenly came towards me.

I don't even need to think. Just looking at the faces of these guys, they genuinely want to kill me.

The three were beaten by Nunu. The three strongest among them were tied down. As for the rest, I collected their souls.

"You will be helping someone named Nrowe on her job. Nunu will be the one taking care of you until you reach the harbor. Once you arrive to the northern continent, a girl, May will be the one filling you on the details what job you will get"
"Th-that is too sudden don't you think, Master"
"I need Nrowe to finish her job as soon as possible. So that is that"
There are too many variables. I need to control the northern continent as soon as possible.
The reason why the Empire became powerful is because of two major factors: First is that they are at the center of the world. Not only are they cunning in business they also possess multiple places that many people frequently visit. The second is that powerful and influential kingdoms surrounds the Empire. A good example of that would be the magic kingdom, Maigrema.
The magic kingdom prospered because of magic. Their use of spells and enchantments are different than others. But the reason why they actually flourish is because of the magi stones that are from the northern continent. If I have the northern continent in my hands, that is the same thing as taking control over the magic kingdom, which is considered as one of the most powerful one in the world.
Assuming my predictions will come true. After four months I am already controlling the northern continent, the magic kingdom, and the holy kingdom.
At times like this is when I am so happy that I was transported to this world.
