What may have felt like an overnight change in Alice's body, attitude and almost everything struck both of her friends. They had no idea who she was anymore, or what she was after that accident in the underworld.
Nina tried to console with her - she even mentioned Hawaii's death with a hope of perhaps awakening something inside her. The lost human part that they knew was gone, but that didn't do any tricks either. Instead all they got was "He's dead? Well, that's good he was too arrogant I would've killed him too" she said and laughed.
Nina knew better than to fight Alice while she was still grieving over the loss of Hawaii, so she stayed quiet and let Alice have a way with her when she punched her. Even threw her off the wall, she didn't fight back. Until Amiya obscure her friend with a magic seal which Alice couldn't get a hold of it, she bounced back.
"Drop the seal right now" she shouted at Amiya.
