Just twenty minutes later the whole sanctuary was what one would define "chaotic" and there was neither vote nor democracy as Jared thought. These were people with families and friends, they were forced to stay away from them because of serving Tom but now they had a chance to go home, and they took it in unison - Jared wasn't as lucky as he thought he would be, he wanted to rule the sanctuary but the ones who he wanted to rule were no longer interested in being the minorities. They broke the glasses, burn some houses inside the sanctuary and even threatened to kill the giants if they didn't let them out.
From a far Lunara was observing everything with Alice beside her, they were both out of the sanctuary by this time looking in as the chaos benefited Lunara and she wanted them to keep protesting so they can finally leave the sanctuary altogether and she could have a chance to get the journal.
