The next day.
"I could promise you that I was shocked when I saw what I saw, like seriously" said Liz as she laughed.
"You overreact Liz" replied Mira as she shook her head and she laughed.
"But on a serious note, are we not going to talk about Armand's reinstatement?" asked Liz as Mira sighed.
"There is no need to talk about it, it is only right, I always knew that my position as commander was only temporary, it's Armand's position, always has, always will be, he earned his place as Commander" said Mira.
"I know, but I miss you being the commander, you were so good at it, now that Armand is back, everything is back to being as serious and depressing as he is" said Liz as she laughed.
"Oh so I am not serious?" asked Mira.
"Oh you are, but you are a nice kind of serious" said Liz as Mira laughed and she shook her head.
"Anyway, just make sure that Armand doesn't hear you saying such things about him" said Mira as she laughed and Liz laughed as Mira heard something in her ears.
"What's wrong?" asked Liz.
"The Chancellor, needs me to guide Annie to her secret office" said Mira.
"Oh well then, you should go and not keep her waiting" said Liz as she smiled and Mira was about to be on her way, when she stopped and Armand walked into the room.
"Mira, I need you to go to HQ, something happened with the cadets" said Armand in a serious tone.
"Oh, alright Commander, I just have to quickly do something that the Vice Chancellor asked me to do" said Mira.
"No time, go now" said Armand.
"Yes Commander, but I cannot just disobey the Chancellor's orders" said Mira as she nodded.
"I know that, so tell me what the Chancellor asked you to do and I will do it for her, while you go and sort out the mess at HQ" said Armand as Mira looked at Liz who shook her head violently.
"No Commander, you don't have to go, I will go" said Liz as Armand looked at her.
"Was I speaking to you?" asked Armand.
"No commander" said Liz as she shook her head.
"Then get out of here and go on do what you are supposed to be doing, instead of being here and gossiping" said Armand in anger.
"Yes Commander" said Liz as she nodded and se quickly walked out of the room.
"Now you cannot keep on standing here with that expression on your face, get to HQ and tell me what the Chancellor asked you to do" said Armand as Mira sighed, she had no other choice than to tell him what Stella had asked her to do.
…
Annie stood on her tippy toes as she stretched out her hand to get a book from the top of the bookshelf in the library as the book fell down and she picked it up and she opened it.
She was looking for some more information about the beginning, she remembered that she had once read a book about the beginning of the Witch realm, she wanted to check on if some things were right or not.
"This has nothing to do with what I am looking for" said Annie to herself as she sighed and she heard a knock on the library door.
"Come in" said Annie as her eyes scanned the words on the page.
"I am here to take you to the Chancellor's secret office" said Armand.
"Oka…" said Annie as the rest of the word went back down into her throat when she looked up and she saw Armand standing right there.
He was the last person she had expected to see here, last time they were together, he tried to kill her, he was a psycho a manic, insane, all of the above.
"You…" said Annie.
"The name is Armand" said Armand.
"Mr. Armand" said Annie.
"Just Armand" said Armand.
"Didn't Aunt Stella suspend you?" asked Annie as Armand scoffed, she had the audacity to call the Vice Chancellor her Aunt.
"Well she did, but to your dismay, she reinstated me back to my position" said Armand with a smile.
"Oh well… that's good for you" said Annie as Armand just looked at her.
"Are you sure that Aunt Stella sent you to take me to her secret office?" asked Annie as she doubted Stella would send Armand, not after what he had tried to do to her the last time.
"Are you coming or not? Because I am sure that you can surely explain to the Chancellor why you kept her waiting" said Armand.
"Alright then, let's go" said Annie as she took a deep breath and she closed the book in her hand, as she levitated it and she put it back in the shelf, she knew that Armand would not dare try anything funny again, not when the Palace was full of guards, and besides, he was taking her to Stella, she was safe.
Armand walked ahead as Annie followed after him, she left a considerable distance between them, after all, you could never be safe with this man, the last time she saw him, it was clear that he was crazy.
Annie and Armand walked in silence, she could not help but feel chills, she could just remember how this played out the last time, Armand leading her and she following, it gave her so many bad memories.
Annie sighed internally as she did not even know why she allowed herself to be phased by Armand, after all, he would be in serious trouble if he dared do something to her.
Annie was deep in her thoughts when she heard Armand say something that she could not quite make out.
"You know, you owe me an apology" said Annie as she did not even know what she was saying to this crazy man, but she did, and her statement received a scoff from Armand.
"An apology for what?" asked Armand.
"Should I remind you that you tried to kill me back in Kadama" said Annie as Armand laughed.
"If anything, I still want to kill you, but I can't do so with the Chancellor around, and as for an apology, you don't deserve one, I will never apologize to you" said Armand as he laughed and Annie felt angry, of course, how could she have expected something better from this man.
Armand laughed as suddenly he felt stiff all over, like he could not move at all, and his face was stuck in a smile.
"What's happening to me?" asked Armand to himself as he could not move and he saw Annie walked past him.
"Hey you, come back here, you did something to me" said Armand as Annie stopped walking and she turned to look at him as she smiled at him.
"What did you do to me?" asked Armand as he felt paralyzed, but he could still talk, he tried to undo whatever Annie had done to him, but he could not, the spell was too strong.
"You want me to undo what I did to you?" asked Annie with a smile as Armand grunted at her.
"It's easy, you just have to say these simple words and they go as follows, I am sorry Annie for trying to kill you and speaking nonsense" said Annie with a smile.
"You are a demon!" said Armand as he knew that he was right all along about Annie being evil, how could she hold a while commander of the cauldron force like this, this was unacceptable, unbelievable.
"And you are a jerk" replied Annie with a scowl.
"Oh it's easy, if you want me to release you, just apologize" said Annie with a smile.
"Never!" said Armand as Annie sighed, he was so stubborn it was annoying.
"Oh well" said Annie as she started to squeeze her right hand as in the same moment, Armand felt the air being squeezed out of his lungs as he felt his bones crushing and he groaned as he coughed out loud.
"Stop being stubborn, you want me to release you, just apologize" said Annie as she squeezed her hand even more and Armand felt all his muscles tensing as he was sure he would pass out soon, he could not move at all, and he could not overpower her, Annie was too strong.
Armand knew that he had no other choice, but to apologize to this demon teenage girl in front of him.
"I apologize" said Armand in a forced breath as Annie smiled.
"That's nice, you see, easy" said Annie as she smiled and she released her hand as Armand fell down on his knees and he coughed.
"I will tell everyone what you did to me" said Armand as he coughed and he looked at Annie as she laughed at him.
"Like they would believe you, tell me, will they believe you, a crazy man who once tried to kill me and just admitted that he still is, or would they believe me the innocent one here" said Annie as she smiled and Armand kept quiet.
"I thought so" said Annie as she turned around and she walked ahead as a door opened for her and Armand coughed even more, he could not believe that he had been held captive by an evil teenage girl, he, the whole Commander of the Cauldron, what kind of shame was this?
