Annie sighed as she had been following this warm, bright light for a while now, and this time against her will, she couldn't move at all.
Annie quickly closed her eyes when she felt the light become brighter as it blinded her and when she opened them again, she was once again back in the dark forest as she looked around and she saw what seemed to be like a very dark Castle as the sky was once again dark, she did not know if she was in another area or in the same, but she had no other choice than to walk around, but she stopped when she heard voices and she moved closer to where the voices were coming from.
"My King, your bride has arrived" came the voice of a man as Annie did not move at all.
"I will go to her now" came the voice of another man as Annie stepped back and she ended up falling down as she screamed for help and she landed on a thorny rose bush.
"Ouch" said Annie as she got up.
"Just great I can go through stuff but I can still feel pain" said Annie as she did not know what to think about this at all when she heard the noise of a carriage and horses neighing as the carriage pulled up right in front of her and the coachman rushed to open the carriage door as the girl from earlier stepped out of the carriage, her eyes red and puffy as she sniffed and she quickly wiped away her tears as she walked to the gate of the castle and she walked through it as Annie followed after her, she was still as confused as ever.
The girl walked to the great might doors of the Castle as they opened on their own for her and she reluctantly walked in as she stood still and Annie walked through the doors as they closed.
She did not know why, but she felt like the girl was scared, and she got even more frightened in the dark looking Castle when she heard footsteps approaching her and she shivered in fear.
"Ahh my dear, it is nice to see you again" came the voice of a young looking brown haired man with green eyes as he smiled and he walked to the woman, he had a crown on his head and he was dressed regally as another man followed behind him.
"Your Majesty" said the girl as she bowed her head and she curtsied.
"No need for that my dear, you are now my wife, you no need to curtsey to me" said the King as Annie looked at him in confusion and the girl did not raise her head at all.
"This has to be some kind of story… or memory" said Annie to herself as she continued watching.
"Look at me" said the King as the girl shook her head.
"I am sorry your Majesty, I cannot, I am afraid that there is some sand in my eye" said the girl as she lied.
"Let me help you get it out" said the King as the girl shook her head.
"No, your Majesty, it is out already" said the girl.
"Alright" said the King.
"Would you please remind me of your beautiful name" said the King with a smile.
"My name is Demanda my King" said the girl.
"Demanda, what a wonderful name, I am Athan, just call me Athan" said the King as he smiled.
"Please look at me Demanda" said Athan.
"I am sorry my King, I cannot" said Demanda as Athan sighed, he knew that this would be hard.
"Alright, that is fine Demanda, I just want you to know that this is now your home, you are free to go wherever you want, you are now my wife and my Queen, you are allowed to do anything you want, and no one can stop you" said Athan as he smiled.
"Thank you for your kindness my King, but I would like to rest now" said Demanda.
"I understand you did come a long way, take her to her room" said Athan as he looked at the man behind him and the man nodded.
"Please follow me my Queen" said the man as Demanda looked at him and she nodded her head but before she could take a step further, Athan held her hand back as he pulled her close to him.
"Your eyes, they are red, have you been crying?" asked Athan as he looked at Demanda's eyes.
"Ahh…no…no my King, the sand that entered my eyes caused the red colour" said Demanda as she laughed.
"I see" said Athan as he let go of her and she followed after the man as Annie followed after her.
Demanda looked down at the ground until the man led her to her room and she thanked him, as she closed the door of her room behind her and she went straight for the bed as she fell on it and she buried her face in the pillow as she started to cry.
"I don't want to be here, I don't, I don't want to be his wife, I would rather die" said Demanda as she cried and Annie felt her heart break, she felt sorry for Demanda, she tried to reach out to touch her but she couldn't.
Annie sighed as she watched Demanda cry her eyes out as she was suddenly taken somewhere else where she saw Athan sitting down in the arm chair as he sighed and he had another man walking in front of him.
"*Sigh*, she cries, I can hear her" said Athan as he sighed.
"Well what do you expect brother when you literally forced her to be here" laughed the man.
"But I promised her everything" said Athan.
"Except for her freedom, I don't get you brother, there are many vampire maidens around that would die to be your wife, why chose a lowly human?" asked the man.
"Watch your tongue, she is your sister In law a Queen, and she is different from the rest, she is honest, pure, lovely, she is not concerned about what I have" said Athan as he smiled.
"Well brother that new wife of yours will make all our ears bleed with her crying, ask the maids to make her room walls thicker, I cannot bear with the crying" said the man as he laughed and Athan laughed.
…
"Where the heck are these things coming from?" asked Maddie as there were more and more rogues.
"I have no idea" said Matt.
"Annie still isn't awake, we can't let them take her, they are all going straight for her" said Curtis.
"You don't have to tell me twice" said Matt as he rushed to take care of the hoard of rogues coming in Annie's direction as he kicked one of them and used his sword to get rid of the others.
"I know that I said it was fun to kill, but I have a limit gosh" said Maddie as she took care of some more rogues as she sighed, this was tiring, her hands were getting tired she did not know how Ollie kept on going on, she was jealous of his stamina.
"And besides, having real life targets is more energy draining than a friendly sparing" said Maddie as she removed her sword from the fallen dead body of a rogue as the blood sprayed on her a bit.
"Ewww, ewww, no way, no way" said Maddie as she quickly cleaned the blood off.
"This is horrible" said Maddie as she complained.
"You blasted things are going to die!" said Maddie as she went for more of them, meanwhile Ollie had to be fighting more rogues than anyone else, it was like they were now directly coming for him and he was surrounded by them, he was keeping up as fast as he could.
Until he let his guard down and he was lifted up into the air from behind by a rogue as he was choking and he struggled as Matt saw what was going on so he rushed to Ollie and he slew the rogue from behind as Ollie landed on his feet.
"Thanks Matt, that was a close on" said Ollie as he sighed and Matt took care of some more rogues.
"Anytime" said Matt as he moved back to protect Annie.
"These rogues keep on coming, from where I do not know? I don't think that we can continue this" said Maddie as she sighed and she needed to catch her breath.
"Tell me about it, they are coming right for me" said Ollie as he ran to lead them away.
"Hey catch this" said Matt as he threw Ollie Annie's sword and Ollie caught it.
"Thanks Matt" said Ollie as he smiled, this would be a good time to test his double sword fighting skills.
"You aren't really doing a good job of leading them away blondie" said Maddie as Ollie ran to where she was as the rogues followed him while Matt and Curtis made sure to protect Annie from the ones that were heading her way.
"Could you do any better?" asked Ollie.
"Well yes, probably" said Maddie,
"Be my guest" said Ollie as he smiled.
"Don't you dare, you take care of them since you are the almighty prince" said Maddie as she scoffed and she killed two more rogues.
"You don't have to worry, I will try my best" said Ollie as he smiled and Maddie scoffed, he was so very annoying.
