Chapter 16 - Brave

"Where'd the Leviathan take us?"

"I don't know but spread out and look for the fig tree."

"Hey Croak. The lice are gone. Do you think the plagues have stopped?"

"Girl, it's not likely. I have a question for you though if you have the time."

"Sorry, can't be late."

"Wait, slow down!! I want to talk to you."

"Leave me alone."

"I just want to thank you for standing up on my behalf."

"There, you said it. I helped you so now I have to go on to the next."

"Next? Next? Wait, I've heard of your kind before. You can't just fit into someone elses shoes before you fully fit…...into your own!!

EVERYBODY BACK TO THE BAY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!"

A tremble like a shockwave shook the island and I fell face first into the pinki toe of a massive footprint. Going there was not a good idea.

"Fee! Fi! Fo! Fum!"

"Stay down!! Stay down!!"

"I smell the blood of a Christian man. Be he alive or be he dead I'll grind his bones to make my bread!"

"Watch out!!! Giant over…...head."

"They're here for you Croak. Aarons blood is on your hands and they're not happy. They don't care who they have to kill to get to you. You need to run and run as fast as you can. Find the fig tree, get the sword and gear up."

"No!! Nooo!! I can't do this. Leviathan was right when he said I was weak. Isn't there enough on my plate as is? Giants were not invited on this journey last I checked."

"No one invited me but hey. God places people in others paths to either give them a trial or in this case; to guide them. You can never be truly ready because it's all in His hands.

Hopper had a mapped out plan of what he wanted to achieve, where he wanted to go and what he was to say but God twisted everything on its head so that Hopper's adventure would bring Him glory. Along his journey he was not alone for once he stepped out and realized his journey was Gods and not his God then opened his dad's heart to lead Hopper on the proper journey He wanted him to go. Hop may have stumbled and fell but in the end he achieved status as the symbol of the Good Shepherd by laying down his life so you all could be saved.

The world hated and despized Hopper for the truth he told. Stuff crumbled around him all the time; this journey did not go as planned especially with all the deaths but still he fought for all of you, pushed all of you, and died for all of you. You may seem alone with all that is happening and ask yourself how? Why is He doing this and ask all the other questions but remember; God will never leave you nor forsake you. Now go. I'll fend them off until you get back."

"But!!"

"I said go. God is the one who fights your battles and not of your own strength."
