Well, at least it was a monster...
"So are you still planning to get the Flower of Eve in that circumstance?"
"I still need that flower as I can't return empty-handed."
"I see but may I ask why you wanted that flower so badly even though you know it would be a dangerous task. Are you an adventurer?"
"No, I'm not an adventurer... Actually, I am just doing a favor for a friend of mine."
"Just that?"
"Yes, why?... It's something unreasonable for me to do."
"Kinda because you're putting your own life at risk for that friend of yours. But why does your friend needed that flower, it's because your friend is sick or-"
"Just to save his business from closing, he needed that flower to make medicine for his patient."
"I understand now, I thought you're trying to use that flower to make a poison or something. As if someone made a poison using the Flower of Eve, there would be no cure at all."
There's no need for Miya to mention that as I clearly know what it does. I had read it all in the book that contained all of the information regarding the Flower of Eve.
"You're a kind person, so do you want me to help you out? I could lend you my strength..."
Miya suddenly said that, it was quite surprising as I thought we would go our separate ways. Wait a minute, was she doing this for free or she is going to charge me if I am somehow to accept her service.
"Sorry but I do not have a lot of coins with me, so I can't employ you at all..."
After I say that, Miya smiles at me as she says, "No, I'm not going to charge you at all. I am doing this for free beside it's my order to purge all of the monsters that reside in this field of wildflower."
"So you do not want anything at all?"
"Nothing, I just want you to cooperate with me and I think you would make my job much easier. As I noticed that you could sense monsters in the area... just like those Fogriun before."
Well, I think this was a good opportunity for me. As I would have someone that had experience in fighting to help me get the flower. Because I know fighting the Rozett on my own would be such a pain...
Also with Miya offering the help, I wouldn't need to search for the Flower of Eve anymore. As Miya could lead the way to the place where the flower was. It would make my task easier as well.
"I guess I will accept your offer then, but remember after I obtain that flower. I need to head back to Gria Town so I can't help you with eradicating the monsters in the area anymore."
"Sure, I agree with that."
With that, a deal has been struck as we both will lend each other strength until I get the Flower of Eve. Well when I think about it, I should try out the party member feature that my system had. I don't exactly know the benefit of me doing this but might just see what it would do.
As Miya was showing me the way to the place where there is the Flower of Eve. In a small voice, I activated my system and tried to add Miya as my party member.
"System... Add Miya Estella to the party."
Was that the right command? It seems like there was nothing-

I see, to activate the EXP Share skill I had. I need someone to be added to my party... I thought I could just share exp just like that. But still, it was good that it had an option for me to share or not because it wouldn't be a good idea to be giving someone the exp that I had gotten from the monster that I had just killed.

That's new, is this some kind of a feature that this party feature system had. 10% of boost, that's quite a lot... There's still a lot that I do not know about this, maybe party members do have it useful. As there's no way my system would give me something useless.

-A passive bonus will be given to the user. This bonus will only be applied to the user if the party member was within a 1-mile radius. One party member will give a 10% boost of user stats. (Effect does stack if there's another party member)
Seeing that, I was quite shocked about what the party stats boost gave... It was amazing as it could give me quite a lot of boost in my own stats.
To think that I called this party feature useless before, I suppose I need to apologize to my system for saying that. As it was not useless at all, it was far better than the other features that I had right now. Wonder how strong I could get if I had filled all of the slots in the party... a 110% boost.
As I was too excited about this thing, I didn't hear what Miya had been telling me all of this time. I just noticed it when she began to wave her hand on my face.
"Yei? Do you listen to what I'm saying at all..."
Ah snapped, I am done for this time. I am to focus on my system menu because I didn't know what she was talking about.
"I am sorry Miya but I usually have the habit to zone out when I think about something, so I didn't hear anything you said."
"Really? or it was just an excuse you made... Because the actual reason was that my story was too boring." Miya said that towards me.
How did she end up with that conclusion? Maybe it was boring... But I really didn't hear anything at all.
