Days passed uneventful, since I hide the Power Core that supposed to make Night back to her former glory and stab our flag at the top of the dungeon nothing really happen, although we visit the hot spring every now and then, and it`s like a hotel now, with it divided on male, female and the slimes, yup! you read it right! the slimes from the Icy Abyss own a place there! and not only that! they are all paying too! they pay different material sometimes we even saw them piling metals no one knows how the hell did they get those!
They drag the caretakers the demon goats to get those as a sign of their payment, and they help taking care of the bug on the green houses and the farm! they are pretty useful! they even eat trash that liter on many work shops! but when it comes to drinking? No one knows if they got drunk but they can drink all and all not getting drunk!
How stupid are those humans and demons that think this slimes are so useless?! They are the embodiment of a good employee! and not to mention girls love hugging them specially when they go out from the hot spring, specially those big ones, I even heard that few of them love to sleep at the top of the slimes since they are warm and fuzzy! I tried it ones and heck! I fall asleep after I finish drinking! not to mention they are good masseur! even when I transformed in my lich form they clean me bones to bones! the only thing you need to do is lay at their top and they do all the work, after that not even a drip of water remain in your body and no body ache too!
I even give the law that no one must harm slimes! they either ignore it or take it near the cave! and no one even disagree that! even my generals love the slimes! we are a slime loving town now!
"How come those slimes live a life ling kings?! They are eating fresh vegetable! I even see some of your people feeding them those rare herbs from your greenhouses!" Icy said and I just simply shrug my shoulder. "Beats me, you should know why they are doing that right?" I asked and she can`t deny it.
"Even so! they are drinking those precious alcohol that can even make someone die from envy!" Icy said and I shrug again and lean my face in my hand and look at her from my throne. "They are paying real good you know! last time we even see them piling rare minerals from who knows where it came from." I said, how do we know they are rare? This little dragon got jealous when they see the minerals so we know that it is valuable.
"Anyway, a certain demon lord want to meet you." Icy said and I knitted my brow. "I got drunk ones and tell about that hot spring and he is wondering if he could have an access to the hot spring." She said and I take a deep breath.
"If this demon lord is the same as that ruler we meet, believed me you will lose another business partner." I said and Icy smile. "No, I know him for a long period of time now, his really not one of those demon faction that want to conquer. His just something you can call eccentric, he only mind his own domain and let the other demon lords kill each other, still he get a portion every time on the defeated kingdom." Icy said and I smile.
"We don`t have many demon goods after all, do you think I can make a deal to this certain demon lord you are talking about?" I asked and she nod. "Yes, his easy to talked too, his a person who live for the profit, his the Demon Lord of Greed, his name is Devitia, those who are closed to him call him Devi." Icy said and I yawn, like hell I will know who he is even if this little dragon say his title, but to be called demon lord of greed, that is some crazy title, the last time I met a demon lord with the title of greed, he wants to get all the wealth in the world, but no matter what greed he possessed the Human Emperor still stand at the top.
"Alright, but we will have a visitor today, so I need to let that meeting be on hold." I said Icy simply nod. "I don`t mind, after all I do love to meet that baby girl, I am pretty fond of her too." She said, that`s right the Nolan`s Crown Prince, Emperor and the Princess with the baby will visit us today, I of course don`t attend that wretched festival in that cursed city, and will never attend unless something interesting happen there.
Then I look at the door and I saw a little girl walking step by step and with her two guardian angels watching her making sure she will not fall! God who have authority with child believed me when I said that if this little girl fall and get even a single scratch I will charge to heaven to kill him/her!
Even Evil from the sideline is watching her, and as always Satan and the Little Pup don`t give a damn like it was nothing, unholy god they are useless in this kind of things, then the little girl finally reach where I am and hug my knee and I rub her head.
"Good job, you reach me." I said and shit! this child want to give all of us a heart attack! now she`s climbing me we all relax when she sit in my lap and I smile. "You did great." I said and I lean on my chair, fck! this child can kill me that`s for sure.
"Lord Guardian`s castle is quite grand, everything here in the Throne Room is worth millions of gold each!" The Crown Prince and I look around, all this decorations is made by my people, I don`t think they are that great, I just let them design the interior. "Yeah, just like this curtain! it is made by the highest quality silk, I see this silk get at least 900,000 small gold per meter." The Old Emperor said and I look around.
"And this table is made by unknown woods, not to mention the lamps and chandeliers are made by rare materials." The Princess said, this little child`s mother. "Those wood carves, table and chairs are made by the elves and the Arachne made those silks, and the Demon Goats made those lamps and chandeliers, that carpet was personally made by Lady Micalagua herself." Satan said and the three nod in amazement, they look at Satan who is standing next to me.
"This is amazing, and the food was divine! the last time we visit." The Old Emperor said and Satan smile and nod. "We again prepared few delicacy this lunch." Satan added and the Old Emperor laugh.
"I can`t wait for a lunch time, but before that business is business." Crown Prince said and I nod, then Satan picked a paper with the list and show it to the Crown Prince and he scanned it and they start dealing business, while me? Of course I take the child out, before they find out we are not there we are already long gone and playing with snow with the other children.
