Aran was just about to release his anger on Lyrica when suddenly, they heard voices of people in the direction of the royal castle, screaming Uruk's name.
"Uruk!!"
"I will kill you!!"
Some knights and female workers that were taken from their families have gone out of the royal castle, blindly swinging their weapons and clawing hands in the air. Until they caught the sight of four people not far in the distance.
Uruk stared at them with a prideful smile, Kael and Aran were lost in a daze, while Lyrica is giving them a rather cold stare. There are four different people in front of them, and yet they only see one person in them.
"Uruk!!"
The knights and women charged at the four.
"T-This is not good!"
Kael raised his rapier as three kruule knights came to him, swinging their blades.
Clang! Clang! Clang!
"Be careful, Kael!"
Worried about the Malaya who is still weakened after fighting Uruk alone, Aran proceeded to dodge each of the five maids' reckless scratches.
"Damn it!"
Behind the five maids attacking him, a knight jumped in and tried to split Aran's head into two.
"Urg!"
Clash!
The prinsepe used his golden sword to stop the knight's blade from reaching him. However, the soldier of Kruule began pushing Aran's sword down, desperately trying to kill him.
Meanwhile, a maid tried to attack Lyrica, but her hands were caught easily by the girl. And Lyrica wasn't even paying attention to the maid, her gaze was already locked on Uruk.
"Die, Uruk!"
Lyrica's silence is giving off an impression of a volcano quietly building up strength until it finally erupts and causes mass destruction to its surroundings. Aran and Kael failed to see it, especially Uruk.
A lone knight went straight for the real Uruk, not knowing it was the real Uruk.
"Uruk!!"
Uruk stared at the knight inching closer to him with a sly smirk. "How stupid."
The knight tightened his grasp on his sword, getting himself ready to swing his sword.
"Raagh!!"
The knight finally reached the right distance to attack Uruk, and so he moved his arms in a swinging motion along with his sword. However...
Bwooohm~!
The instant his arms moved, no, the moment Uruk's Spark sensed hostility from the knight, the curse triggered and black flames began swallowing him into nothingness.
"Ah...!"
"H-He..."
Kael and Aran were stunned at the sight of the knight who tried to attack Uruk and ended up getting killed and disappeared into thin air.
Uruk sniggered at the last spot the knight was seen. "I didn't like the idea of killing those who are giving me power, but..." The dark flames that turned into a mass of dark energy entered Uruk's body.
"I do like it when their hatred makes them go insane and blindly drag themselves to their demise!" Uruk, or the Anino, laughed to himself maniacally. "This is what the world filled with hatred and chaos should lo–"
Pshhm!
Uruk couldn't finish his words, for his mouth had disappeared and a hole visible even from the back of his head have steam leaking out of it.
"Aran, Kael, get to the royal castle."
Their eyes turned to Lyrica who spoke in a deadpan tone. There they saw the girl handling the maid who's trying to attack her by the neck with her right hand, while on her left hand, her middle and index finger that was erected to make a hook shape, appeared to be shaded in red like lava and has steam pouring out of them.
"People are calling for help from inside the royal castle, probably the ones you are looking for."
The Anino started healing the hole Lyrica created in Uruk's head faster than the Anino could from the previous wounds it received earlier.
"Leave Uruk to me." Right as she said that, Lyrica threw the maid toward Kael like a stuffed toy. The Malaya then used his body to catch the maid.
He observed the woman and realized she was still breathing, just unconscious.
'Thank goodness,' Kael thought in relief.
"Go."
Though her voice sounded dull and quiet, and her face looked as calm as a fire in a candle, one glance and both Kael and Aran knew, Lyrica is pissed.
"Hurry."
At that moment, the knight and the prinsepe immediately realized they wouldn't want to see what she'd do if they decline with her demand.
"Yeah, we'll go ahead." Aran kept a composed front.
"Be careful, Lady Lyrica." Kael followed suit and they started making their way to the royal castle, avoiding the knights and maids who are trying to attack them.
"Did you think I'll let you off the hook that easily?"
Uruk pointed his hand at the two who were trying to get to the royal castle. But just when he was charging up his Dark Burst, he suddenly found his view moving sideways.
Reaching halfway to the royal castle, Aran glanced behind him and saw Lyrica's left fist already ramming the side of Uruk's face. Lyrica, with all the strength she could muster, allowed herself to send Uruk rolling to the ground.
"Fine, I'll deal with you first."
Uruk stood back up and immediately shot five black fireballs at Lyrica. The girl answered the Hari's attack by rushing at him.
"80dB: Hip Hop..." Lyrica's body flickered with green light.
Dash!
Seeing Lyrica suddenly ramp up her movement speed with body enhancement magic made Uruk realize once more that Lyrica possessed two types of magic abilities. It irked the Anino for sure, but it also brought it excitement. The excitement to bring down the kind of person who always looked down on a Wahika like the Anino before he became what he is now.
"That's right! Enough holding back! Do your worst, Himala!"
The Anino fired another five fireballs, each carrying the same amount of destruction as the one he shot at Kael earlier.
"...Breaking!"
With flawless, gentle movements, Lyrica dodged every single fireball up until the very last, leaving explosions in her wake.
Kaboom!
Kaboom!!
Kaboom!
Right afterward, Lyrica erected her middle and index fingers that are bent like hooks. And with fire magic gathered within them, the skin on Lyrica's middle and index fingers became like lava, emitting steam.
"80dB: Flintrock..."
Lyrica used her Wind Drum: Propeller to launch herself further forward. And then...
"...Overheat!"
Lyrica punched in the direction of the Hari, launching a ray of fire at Uruk.
