As I came back to reality, the girl who came in with the rod was still standing in the room I was left in. She was probably about 5 foot 3, jet black hair, with a light tanned skin tone.
She looked relieved when I woke up, but had a very sad vibe steaming from her.
My side burned. I tried to endure the feeling with as little reaction as I could give. I got the words gathered and began to speak.
"Where am I? Who was that man? Who are you?"
She just stood there, staring at me with no courage to speak a word. I begged her "please tell me something.."
Finally she spoke.
"My name is Kate. He is your master. You must listen to him"
I thought back. How could a tinder date lead to this. I laid there quietly for a moment as she began to get what looked like medical supplies. She grabbed gauze and an ointment and placed it over my burn. I flinched back as the sting ran through my nerves before feeling a moment of relief.
"How did I get here" I muttered out.
This time she said nothing, stood up and walked out the door. This meant the door was unlocked. How much time I had before some one came back I did not know, so quickly I began struggling trying to loosen the knots that tied my wrists above my head to the bed post.
