Loud cheers and hooting can be heard everywhere around the stage, loudspeakers are blaring with music, deafening to the ears. Occasionally, commentators are emotionally describing the fight on the stage with their smooth voices.
Large screens were placed at different places to give the audience a better view of the match.
This is the scene in the Heaven's Road Arena.
Many lone wolves are seated quietly in different corners comparing and analyzing the moves of skilled fighters.
Men and women are crazily gathered on the betting counter battling with words and curses.
Battles are constantly occurring in the arena one after another. Interested people will often gather together in the seats to discuss the fight.
Once a person loses, audiences thirsty for violence will cheer for more bloodshed and cruelty, enjoying each moan and groan of the losing party, yet thirsting for more.
An engaging fight is happening in the arena right now. A strong woman has easily overpowered a bulky, hulk-like man who is kneeling and crawling to escape her attacks but to no avail.
She seems to be playing with him, enjoying every deep breath, groan, and even the humiliated expression of the man. The man seems to have completely reached the limit of his endurance and anger.
He rushes forward towards the woman, desperately breathing, as if making the last attempt to redeem himself.
Amongst his reckless looking move, the woman easily spotted a hidden fatal move. The man had carried a knife with himself. If she was not paying even a little bit of attention, she would have directly been killed without knowing the reason.
Just as the man was about to reach her, she smirked at him, dodging the knife at a defying angle and using a hand to chop squarely at the man's skull.
The man saw the woman's smile just as about to hit her, he understood that the woman had found out. He felt a bad premonition and wanted to change his direction, but the momentum overpowered him.
He was regretting as suddenly felt a severe pain in his head, his expression really crumpled and he let out heart wrenching cries of agony, holding his head and crying. He wished he could die easily, but he didn't. Slowly blood trickled down his seven orifices, he was still suffering. Few minutes later, he died.
The audience again erupted in screams and cheers. They enjoyed the show very much. The betting counters started bustling again, with the results being found out.
Few keen people noticed the move of the man, and their opinions for the woman drastically changed after seeing her actions, she was not just a show-woman.
The woman looked careless, but wasn't actually, This is the underground fighting ring. If you lose focus even for a moment, you may not be able to see the sunrise the next day.

Fang Bai was in the changing room. The sound from the arena was still loud and clear. He removed his full sleeve t-shirt and underwear.
An expanse of white skin was exposed. From the beautiful shoulder blades, slightly wide shoulders and the thin waist, the 8 pack abs, which were usually well hidden under his loose t-shirts, the beautiful and round hips, everything was like a beautiful piece of artwork which one would keep hidden in their closet, opening quietly at night.
Each and every muscle of the body was beautiful, filled with an explosive amount of power that had destroyed countless of opponents before.
Moving down his beautiful neck and towards his chest, in the middle, one could see a black tattoo-like mark. The mark was of the shape of a black dragon with blue streaks of color mixed between black.
It was mysterious and powerful.
Everyone thought that Fang Bai had tattooed here purposefully, but only his family knew that the tattoo had grown.
It had grown from a dot to take the shape of a majestic dragon. Why it happened was still a mystery to everyone.
Fang Bai then wore his signature black hoodie which was specially customized for himself. It was made with a material that gave him mobility while fighting.
Now... he was no longer Fang Bai. He was Tyson.
He felt his muscles loosen, and his shackles breaking away. The happy and positive expression on his face cooled down, turning indifferent.
Deep breath in, deep breath out...deep breath in, deep breath out…
His mind calmed down, his system registering that he was free. All the remaining emotions of positivity, kindness, sympathy towards his classmates, workmates, fake friends were gone, they were empty.
How he really felt towards them.
His eyes have no feelings, as if he sees everything around himself as dead ones.
Now, the only people who can make him feel something were his family members… his big brother, his best friends who could die for him… and Lei.
He stretches his arms and legs to complex positions, feeling the cracking of each of his bones being stretched, and his muscles being mobilized. He never underestimates any of his enemies.
He is equally cruel towards everyone who stands opposite to him.
Wearing a black mask, he heads towards the arena.
After the previous match, the arena stage is kept empty. Understanding that it's time for the main match, hushed voices sounded in the audience, anticipation building up in everyone.
The seats were completely occupied, people sat on the stairs in order to not miss the match. Few women had fixed their gazes on the entrance, thoughts filled with various ambiguous dreams.
And then, from the opposite sides, entered the main protagonists of the event, Tyson and Artemis.
Both were cold and calm, dressed in plain, full-body covering clothes, paying no heed to the screams of the audience.
Artemis had a slightly small build than Tyson, but her presence was no less than him. Both silently compared each other, thousands of battles happening in a small eye contact.
Tyson smirked, anticipating the incoming fight, Artemis also had bright eyes.
And, with the sign of the referee and a fast ring of bell... it has started.
Tyson moves in circles with his opponent, both looking for any visible openings or flaws. There weren't any.
Tyson first moved. He aimed a quick punch at the opponent's face, her easily evading it. He again punched her, but this time towards the head. She bent down, counter attacking with a claw towards his torso. He quickly bent his waist towards right, with an incredible flexibility, at the same time doing a smooth leg sweep.
The opponent used her nimble body as an advantage, quickly jumping to evade the witty move. She aimed at his neck.
Tyson blocked her hand, trapping it in his, and before she could use her other hand to counterattack him, he elbowed her arm joint. She ignored the pain on her right hand and again punched Tyson hard on his guts.
Tyson was about to remove his grip on her right hand to evade the incoming attack, but instead she gripped his hand, thus giving a hard punch on his guts.
He was also indifferent from the pain, everything seemed like warm-up for both of them. Their eyes were bright, and they seemed to enjoy the match after meeting a good opponent.
They again start a merciless barrage of punches and kicks, each coming up with their own methods of counterattack. This continues for half an hour.
Tyson grips his opponent's shoulders, attempting to give a body slam, but she instead climbs over him, again aiming for the neck. In retaliation he claws her armpits, punches her thighs, and throws her off his body.
Instead of falling, she nimbly did a back handed flip and regained her balance. Both are again at the position they had started.
Major experienced fighters under the stage had their eyes open-wide and back straight, intently focusing on the arena. Many old masters were admiring the young blood, wisely looking at the deadly hidden exchanges which others may not notice.
They were shaking their heads, lamenting at their disciples' skills which looked average compared those on the stage.
In the arena stage, Tyson and Artemis were using their brains at superhuman speed to calculate the future possible moves their opponent could have. Both had gained a lot from their fights.
Tyson notes the time. It was 10PM. He had to finish some matters and return back home soon. It seems like he will end the fight soon.
He looks at Artemis, who suddenly felt that Tyson looked more powerful than before.
