The interior of the ship was as awesome as the exterior. I already loved it.
The ship provided enough space for all of us including Amanda and for another passenger just in case. "Just had two extra seats. Amanda can take one and we have another spare seat left." Xavier explained. He really had planned this through very nicely.
I relaxed on my cozy seat and watched Xavier setting up some buttons and levers to start the thing. The warship started flying and immediately gained speed. Xavier was a really good pilot too, I saw. He had a good sense of driving and had installed two levers on each side which increased speed. I was tempted to ask the firing system but thought that this wasn't the best place to test it. We surpassed the snow in about five minutes which was fast considering the time we had taken to get to the Temple of Past.
We talked about the prophecy and informed Xavier what it said. He too, was confused to hear it and had no idea what it meant. We told him about the place where King Jalaar was sealed. "Mount Hysuptris… I have heard of it but I need a better address to start off." He said. "The mountain is between Saggron town and Kitlus town. I assume that Kiltlus town is on the other side of the Forbidden Dungeon, where we did not explore." Lily said. That seemed to make sense.
"Okay, but when is the Night of Xorains? It should be close because Raptor is making his way to Mount Hysuptris as we speak." Xavier said. None of us had an answer to that question and I didn't even want to talk about it. I was happy relaxing on the seat and felt safe after a long while.
Soon, I dozed off. Of course, tension wouldn't leave me even in my dreams. In my dream, I saw Raptor standing somewhere with his right leg on a rock. He was giving a lecture to the army of giants in front of him. For some reason, I just knew this was real and not my imagination. It was really happening.
"We will get to Mount Hysuptris by the end of the week, sir!" One of the giants announced. (Sir! They really were scared of him.) It was already Friday which meant we had only tomorrow's time to reach Mount Hysuptris and get ready for a war day after tomorrow.
Raptor nodded, still not looking satisfied. "What about the DELTAs?" He enquired. The giants shook their heads slowly. One of the giants spoke up, "Mark is on his way to stop them. The giant – our brother – Norjon with Mark is sure to kill them. They should already be in the Pherlin Woods." The giant's declaration seemed to relieve Raptor. He said, "Even if the DELTAs would figure out Mount Hysuptris, they have to go through the other side, from Kitlus town. I hope your brother and Mark will not fail me." Saying so, Raptor ordered the giants to get up. Their resting time was over as they made their way ahead, progressing towards Mount Hysuptris.
I was seeing all this but couldn't speak a word. It was as though my mouth had been stuck with gum. Thankfully, my dream came to an end. I woke up with a jerk and everybody looked aghast. "Dreams?" Lily asked. I replied, "Nightmare! Where are we going?" Xavier's reply was, "We are close to Pherlin Woods. Why?" I was shocked and panic-stricken. I started narrating the whole story and how it felt real.
"How did you get the dream of Raptor?" Xavier asked. I had no idea. "Okay, just in case, I will be alert while flying through the woods. Fine?" Xavier said but that didn't relieve me. A giant and someone named Mark were coming to attacking us. I wasn't very sure about our victory.
After a few minutes, I watched as we entered the forest. "We have entered the territory, Pherlin Woods." Xavier sighed, now a little more alert. We all looked out through the glass. It was good that Xavier had built it so that we could see below. Down, I couldn't track any monsters which relieved me but the dream had frightened me to the core. Just then, we had a giant's roar from below.
