Training with Merlin in magic, swordplay, and kingship well, swordplay from his world and my previous training from Regashi has gotten me to a wonderful point. A summary of what I can do with my sun magic and flames consists of the followong advanced spells:
DETONATE - I manifest a small sun orb capable of destorying small buildings, can be deployed at mulitple locations and the separate orbs can go off at my command when I see fit.
PURIFY - This spell employs my flame element to heal myself, comrades, or anyone I so please, or can burn and melt whatever I desire, so long as I put enough concentration on the point, part, wound, disease, or spell that is cast.
EXPLOSIVE COATING - This is either an area of effrct spell or an individual part spell that coats either myself, a part of myself, or my suroundings in mana, which acts like an explosive powder, this in turn is something dangerous and can only be used in situations that require me to escape, destory, distract, or for lack of better words level a entire place. Using this particular spell to fight without armor or weapons is strictly forbidden, by Merlin of course.
LIGHT BENDING - Since my magic does employ light as well, Merlin taught me extensively on illusion magic and how I can use my magic in its favor. I can bend light no matter how much light present to make only myself invisible; however, since small pockets of light , such as street lights, fires, moonlight or lamps require me to stay on the same path as the rays of light are travelling. so using stealth will have to be trained for awareness of different light rays or pockets or learn how to control different sections of light in order to expand further on my illusion technique.
For common spells and techniques I can simply make flames erupt from where I choose or anything else heat related by sayingn IGNITE and blind people if I get angles in which a rays of light are moving the the right direction by saying BLIND.
Merlin : "Well, you've mastered those spells quite well, and I believe it is time."
Davis : "Time? Ah, time that I am going back to my world... in that shed.... with Aria..."
Merlin : "Ah not to worry, things have changed some since you came here Alaya has made sure of that. The pace of events has slowed down, nothing has changed, bedides thr unfortunate fact that Aria kept, ehhh, harming your physical body, which is nothing to worry about given your new found abilities, OH! and get this, two new people have been added to the shed and they're holding out the best they can. With that said if you wish to go back to your world, and help them with your new knowledge and training, then now's a good time then ever."
Davis : "I see, then I don't see why not, it time to begin my conquest of the corrupt empire and give love and care to those stranded here."
Merlin : "Wonderful, now with that said there are some points I need to address here, firstly, everything that you have learned will carry with you, however changes of your body here will begin taking form, as you train, fight, and use your magic, attempting to carry your physical changes to your body instantly will have negative effects. Start with using your magic first, you don't have any weapons or armor to use right now, so magic is your only option. Secondly, since you are going to need help in conquering the empire, I will be joining you."
This took me way off guard and surprised me
Davis : "Hah!? You're joining me? Why exactly?"
Merlin : "Simple my friend, you need help, there still a crucial part of magic to learn, and I have a personal reason as well."
The last part of his response I took interest in.
Davis : "Hmmm? What's this personal reason of yours Merlin?"
Merlin : "Ehhhh, weellll, you see.....erm, ok watching the fates of others change is interesting to me, similar to entertainment."
Hearing this made me deadpan.
Davis : ".... you mean to tell me that besides the two parts of your response of magic and teaching me, you find the changing of fate entertaining?"
Merlin gave a single nod responding : "Yes, that is the exact answer."
Davis : "He..he..hehehehe, FUHAHAHAHAHAHA, OH my goodness man, HA HA!!!! *some minutes of hard laughter and some panting later* oh man, you are a strange one Merlin I'll give you that."
While I was laughing a like crazy, Merlin was sitting on side smiling, all innocent like,
Merlin : "Well, now that you've calmed yourself, are you ready?"
Davis : "Ah, yes, yes I am, now how exactly are we going back?"
Merlin : "Well, you'll fall alseep properly here, now to answer the question of me joining you in your world, I can drop in and out of Avalon when I so please, so ask for my presence and I shall be there."
This is reassuring to me having Merlin at my convienience would help me immensely in my coming plans.
Davis : "Well, that is very good for everything I have planned, well I'll see you soon Merlin... when I.. need neee."
I lost my consciousness slowly and as that was happen Merlin gave me these words to go by.
Merlin : "Of course Davis, my friend, after all, you are now responsible for changing the fates of so many in time, now take all the rest you need as opposed to meditating here in Avalon, you'll need all the rest you need in order to make wonderful changes to your world."
His words were soothing to me as they reminded me of my goal. I now have some small sort of means to take the empire, now I needed people, followers, weapons, armor, an army, and most importantly, individuals such as Merlin to trust.
I didn't how long I was out for, combined with my time in The Garden of Avalon, days?, weeks?, it didn't matter anymore. I awoke to the same unsightly dungeon, nothing had changed, except two new people, according to Merlin.
Davis : "Hmph, didn't miss this unsightly place, now to break free from my chains."
My wrists and ankles began to glow as I melted the shackles off me, the melting metal of course didn't hurt.
When I got up I heard a surprised gasp from my righr and I turn to meet the gaze of another boy sporting a white headband though tattered and worn, with black pants also tattered and worn, black hair and brown eyes and he was looking at me in shock and awe.
??? : "H-How did you do that?"
I turned my entire body towards him and donned a smirk.
Davis : "I have powers no one else may ever hope to have, and since I have broken myself out I shall do the same for you."
