Ilona left the Prince to go to sleep and walked out towards the middle of the barn. She would need to climb up into the loft above so she could find a spot where she could keep an eye on the cabin. First though, she knew he was right, and she needed to take off at least some of her wet clothes. She wondered if any of the clothes she'd brought with her from the Adairs' had managed to stay somewhat dry in the saddlebags.
Glancing towards the stall Prince Mason was in, she made sure she couldn't see him. The walls to the stalls were only about as high as her chest, so she was worried he might peek over to try to watch her. After waiting a bit and still not seeing any movement, she trusted that he'd fallen asleep or at least wouldn't bother her.
