long ago in the Capitol city of Amora lived a girl named Akarma. She was the most beautiful and sweet girl anyone has ever met. Everyone loved her and didn't have any problems with her. She would always help out the kids in schools and even take care of the old people. But no one knew of the problems she had been having at home. Her dad was a man who would drink every night and would come home in a bad mood.
Her mother was a gentle and kind woman who tried to protect Akarma from her abusive drunk father. Ever since Akarma was little her mother was like a best friend to her and they would always spend time together. Akarma's mother was known for being wise while her father was known for being greedy but a soft-hearted man when not drunk. One day she came back home from school with a smile on her face. She talked on and on to her mother about the golden star she received from her teacher.
Her mother smiled gleefully. The day passed without any worries until her father came home at midnight. He had to much to drink and couldn't think straight. At that same day he lost his job and was frustrated. He took out all his anger on his daughter while the mother tried to stop her husband. Akarma was scared and frightened from her father and cried for help.
All of a sudden a loud crash happened. Akarma's mother was laying down on the floor in a pile of her own blood not moving an inch. Her father had thrown a bottle at her mother and it had hit her head with the shards of the bottle stuck to her head. All of a sudden the father realised what he had done and went on his knees crying in pain. "Why did this happen...." Akarma wondered.
A loud banging noise came through the door. The H.C.C arrived and they shouted for someone to open up the door. The neighbour's had called the H.C.C (helping citizens cooperation) because of the loud commotion coming through next door.
For a moment there was no noise. So they broke in seeing the mother dying slowly. They looked in horror while the father begged for them to save his wife. They took the mother away while the father was been arrested for murder. Akarma didn't know what to do. This never happened to her so why should she go through it. A lady kneeled down right in front of Akarma trying to distract her.
"Hello there young lady you must be Akarma I'm Mrs Davis head of the H.C.C it's nice to meet you" The woman plastered a smile across her face. Akarma didn't say a single word to Mrs Davis. The woman felt very uneasy and tried to keep on the act. "I'm here to help you so in order for me to do that I need you to tell me every thing that happened ok?". Akarma chuckled slowly in a painful voice. "Your not here to help me you just want to hurt me like everyone else...". The woman felt a sudden shudder.
The woman stood up and walked to her colleagues. Akarma's father was taken away and her mothers body had been carried away by a group of nurses. She was all alone like a lost rabbit hoping for someone to come back to her. Weeks later her mother was pronounced dead and her father was banished from the city. Akarma had to stay at an orphanage near the border of the outside world.
She didn't have many friends and most of the time she would get bullied by the older kids. The happy and joyful child was no more and her heart was filled with anger and hatred. One day she was reading a book in the garden while the other kids were playing tag or doing each other's hair. The older children went up to Akarma and snatched her book of her hands. She cried for them to give her book back but they refused to in a relaxing voice like they were enjoying this.
They started to tease her about her dead mother but Akarma couldn't take it any longer. In a second she lunged at them in full speed grabbing their hair. The other children shouted for the caretaker to come. The caretaker ran over to them and stopped the fight immediately. Akarma told the full story and how she was getting bullied but sadly the caretaker didn't listen to her and helped the older kids instead. Everyone started laughing at her while tears fell softly from her eyes.
She wanted to get away from everything so she ran all the way to the city gate into the little crack where someone can go in and out of the city. She then arrived at the Oak tree which stood there like a mountain looming over her. She sat there looking miserable wishing that her mother and father could come back.
Minutes passed and when she was about to leave until a figure popped up in front of her. Akarma was stunned to see a living human outside alive for a long time. The human girl was very beautiful. She had big sparkling eyes and hair that was long and white like snow. Except she dressed in a weird old fashioned way. She was wearing a cloak to keep herself hidden from everyone.
"Who are you?!?" Akarma shouted. "My name is Mazoku who are you young child?". Akarma didn't know if she should trust this stranger or not. "My name is Akarma what are you doing all the way out here!". "I was just taking a daily stroll out here it seems to me like you have been crying why is that?". Mazoku could see Akarma's red swollen eyes. "Well uhm you look like a person I can trust so ill tell you! All the kids at the orphanage keep bullying me and everyone hates me! My mother was the only one who loved me but everyone else didn't they only cared about themselves!" Akarma rubbed her eyes making sure there were no more tears falling down. Mazoku leaned over to her saying something she always wanted to hear.
"Oh you poor child! I feel so sorry for you no one should ever treat such a kind child like you that way!". "I know right! All the people I knew never done a single thing for me! Its like the world hates me! I just want everything to go away!". They talked on and on about Akarma's life and how she was treated horribly after her mothers death. Mazoku started thinking. "Well I don't really do this but I know a way were all your problems can go away in a flash".
Akarma wanted to reply quickly but she had to think things through. She clutched onto her dress remembering her kind and warm hearted mother who only wanted to do best for her family. But her life got taken away without any warning. Akarma knew that her mother didn't deserve it and remembered her friends and neighbours smiling at her except it wasn't a friendly smile. An evil smile haunting her for life.
No one cared for her and the selfish humans that walked on this earth should of had been killed years ago by monsters. "What can you do to help me?". Mazoku plastered a grin on her face. She then pulled out a contract which was as bright as gold handing it over to Akarma. "Just sign the the contract and all of your worries are gone in a flash my dear child". Akarma read the contract carefully and was memorised.
But there where some letters in bold which read "By signing the contract you will be given god like powers but in return you must lead monster troops to victory". She stood there shocked and speechless. If she agrees on leading the monster troops it would mean she would betray everyone in the city, no the world. "Akarma this is a once in a lifetime chance to get back at everyone. While you helped them they did nothing to help you" In the distance a group of monsters appeared bowing down to Akarma and Mazoku. "S..so all I have to do is sign the contract?" She hesitated.
"Well of course my dear I'm here to help you so in order for me to do that you need to trust me and your new troops". Akarma took her fathers old pen out and wrote her name gently on the contract. Mazoku smiled. Akarmas eyes started to flutter slowly. Her head was spinning and she was loosing her conscious. "Good night my young one...".
Thirteen years later in the city of Amora less food have been coming in and people have been starving. The king sent his knights to check the outside the border but they never came back. Frustration was roaming all over the city the citizens demanded for food while the council were talking about the problem. A couple of weeks later outside of the border people heard marching noises. The king demanded for the knights to check what was happening. Monsters appeared with bloody axes and shields were some only used there bare hands.
"Who are you!" One of the knights shouted. "My name is Akarma Baine but you may call me shadow princess". All the knights looked at each other. "What do you want shadow princess and why are you here?" The general needed as much information as he could get. The monsters were all in position ready to fight. "I am here for a declaration of war! I have already destroyed many towns and villages on my way here and now I will destroy yours to unless you surrender to me". The knights were all confused and didn't know what to do.
Minutes had passed and Akarma was growing tired. "My patience is waiting!". The king stepped in looking angry. "What is the meaning of this?!?" He roared.
"Your Highness this lady is asking for a declaration of war". Akarma quickly spoke before the king could give his decision. "If you don't accept our proposal we will keep cutting your food supplies by attacking every food cart that they try to deliver into the city". Everyone was shocked. They were the ones who starved everyone in the city. The king was furious. He spent millions of coins for food that never came. "Young lady I accept your proposal!".
Newspaper's of the war spread far and wide. More men were invited into the war and people were lost in battle. Akarma's plan went smoothly. First she wanted to stop food supplies getting into the city so everything can go into a disaster. Secondly she destroyed other villages to show her power and for no one to go against her. Thirdly she wanted a declaration of war so that more knights could get killed and lastly because killing millions of knights her troops can then attack the inside city without any trouble.
No one knew that the shadow princess had a card up her sleeve. On March 19th 12:00 in the morning the city was under attack. The monsters invaded Amora and people were screaming and running for their lives. The king sent his few knights left to fight until they died. Sadly they didn't win for victory and the king had to move to a safer place.
All hope was lost until a group of people stepped up to fight. There was a mage a magical knight a tamer a weapon user and a healer. They all risked there life's to protect everyone. They each had special unique techniques that no one could hold. Mages could use magical books or staffs while magical knights would have magical powers and would wield swords. They were even tamers who could tame mystical or hybrid beasts and weapon users would use potions and weaponry objects to defeat there opponents. Lastly there were healers who would heal people in battle or even take there energy away.
The swords clashed between the axes and the staffs trapped monsters in bubbles while the beasts clenched there sharp paws into there skin. The shadow princess was in rage. No one knew these heroes would appear. Nearly every monster was defeated and the citizens were cheering them on. All of a sudden purple smoke appeared and the shadow princess formed into a dragon. Many people fell to the ground and the mage, tamer, healer and weapon user were badly injured.
The only one standing was the magical knight. He drew his sword out and transferred all his power into the sword. "Goodbye young man" The dragon roared. He kissed his word for good luck and in a second the sword was glowing brightly that it cut open the dragon in half. The dragon screamed in pain and died turning into ash. Days later there was a big celebration for the defeat of the shadow princess. People were dancing and exchanging gifts together. The magic knight was then crowned king and the others became his royal council. Every week the king, tamer, mage, weapon user and healer would discuss there future plans and years later a magic school was open and children started to get many abilities.
But there was a rumour spreading across the world that soon the shadow princess would re-awaken and come for revenge while others have said that a new hero will emerge and become the next king or queen.
