In an unknown lair, a place where time and space flows differently.
Legends had it that such estranged lair was where the Dragons of all kinds spent their whole lives hibernating.
A place where no one could find not even the Immortals except the Dragons themselves.
A place every known being called... The Dragon's Nest.
The breaths of warmth filled the Dragon Nest, ancient carving reads on the rocky grounds and walls could be seen along with sturdy contrived pillars bonded to the walls that canopied the lair along with sacred large bodies of glittering blue waters from above that makes one to wonder which way was up, which way was down giving it a look of majesty and in admiration.
Then a deep groan was heard from within. A shadowy long shaped form snaked under the sacred glittering blue waters, glided out from it in a natural manner and curled around a pillar revealed to be a Lung Dragon with nine extremely long curved bronze horns on the head, having erecting yellow-colored scales with blotches of pink scales on his hairy long neck area and blotches of black scales on his slender tail area, staring downward with his down-turned bronze eyes at the Dragon covered in large white wings made up of feathers while resting his whole massive body on a elevated platform of a flat rock among other Dragons.
"We're alive for billions of years not to sit back and watch those brought to existence after the great war ended to destroy themselves before the Destroyer gain back the freedom to annihilate what's left of the world. And there came the Immortals firstly making their moves on grooming the Protector on what will soon be. Why Dragon King? So I heard just after waking up from your hibernation, saving the incarnate of the destroyer at the cliff made no sense as if that was not enough I perceive your wish is to take him under the Dragon's lineage!... Eradicating such puny irritation from the face of the world will be something of great favor to we, Dragons and all existence included." The Lung Dragon uttered.
"We can't just do that. Dragon of Discreet" A violet looking Dragoness spoke—a Wyvern to be precise who was clinching her sharpened feet and claws deep into the canopied walls near the glittering blue waters amidst the pillars with her wings folded under her arms.
Her red aglow eyes pierced into the Lung Dragon as her dorsal spines over her neck vibrated.
"The same female being who told us more about the incarnate of the destroyer came again to warn us of such, while you were sleeping away under the waters undisturbed."
"A female?!" The Lung Dragon sloped his long hairy neck to the Wyvern as his sharpened four claws scratched the pillar he curled on. He found it hard to believe an ordinary being's words not from a Dragon was telling them what to do and what not to do?!
"Yes, an Humane to make my dialogue much more clearer. She's a regressor with many past lives revealing to us how things ended in all her previous lives which include the failures in stopping the destruction of the world." The Dragoness continued.
"Hmm~ how are you sure she's a regressor? And a Humane at that, their ancestors once worshipped us!" The Lung Dragon also called the Dragon of Discreet exhaled.
"Before you ask how's she a regressor, you should've asked how could a being like her knows where exactly the Dragon Nest is. That's something not even the Immortals could distinguish. That alone make me believe indeed she was telling the truth all along in short the Dragon of Verity and Vilification acknowledged her."
The Dragon of Discreet groaned again, for the first time in billions of years, he was short of words.
"… Seems like all hope was given to her."
"… Seems like it." The Dragoness responded.
The Dragon of Discreet glanced at the Dragon King.
"… Dragon King, what is your say in this."
The Dragon King lifted his white feathers from his massive body, opened his slivery eyes as he glowed in his majestic light.
"I have nothing to say but to excuse the regressor was telling the truth. For now we shall see what he's made up of from afar until we make him as our own."
"Dragon King Zendrac!" The Dragon of Discreet yelled as the lair shook massively.
"Dracsora!" A Drake near the Dragon King yelled back at him. "You may be the direct half brother to the Dragon King but that doesn't give you the privilege to yell the Dragon King's name in disrespect! Mind your tone."
The Dragon of Discreet furrowed his brows at the Drake.
"… Dragon of Obeisance. The wars between the Destroyer and the world is upon us and here we are sticking to the advice of some Humane who definitely should follow our instructions not the other way round. We are the rulers of the world not some low creatures on the totem pole!"
The Dragon King groaned deeply. "You may be right Dracsora however do you not fear the one with the gift that sees and lives in our futures over time and many times again then revive many years back before the world got destroyed, to warn us beforehand? We the Dragons might see a fraction of the future ahead of us and know every little details of any beings we set our eyes on but who among us here's a regressor…?"
Dracsora lowered his head in grief.
"… No one, Dragon King."
"… That's what I need to know. I believe our equivalent, the Immortals rightfully are no doubt will train the Protector who will lead the world to war against the Beast in the bottomless pit but we, the Dragons have another plan in mind, this period of time the incarnate of the destroyer will be ours and will fight alongside with the Protector. Well, she said the plan failed us in one of her previous lives but not this time."
"… Dragon King you mean he will become one of us?" Dracsora fretted.
"… if possible. Like I said earlier for now we will guide him from afar until he masters whatever potentials he had within him before anything else as the Regressor proclaimed. Here is what I have in mind. The Protector and the Incarnate of the Destroyer should not meet until the war triggers." The Dragon King declared, grandly stood many feet taller than every Dragons present with his white feathers spread sideways in his majestic light. The three Dragons kept their Dragon's mouth shut with a lowered head.
"Is there no one to question my authority? if there's speak now I'm listening."
As the Dragon King spoke, the remaining Dragons around him all bowed their head with closed eyes then Dracsora scoffed and retreated deep into the waters.
The Drake slightly shook his head with a groan.
The Dragon King rested back, closed his eyes as his white wings covered him; This is never about finding a plan to stop the destruction, it's about creating one.

Panting Peirce hands and knees were deep in the sand with a lowered head just as sweats dripped down the desert ground while Node rested his body on the wigwam and slid down on the sand. He inhaled and exhaled deeply.
Many creepers could be seen on the desert ground, laying lifelessly some without an upper torso or lower torso and some with many darts thrusted in their body.
"By far this is the most scariest encounter I will ever experience. Peirce, when we get back to the village, remind me never to set my two legs outside again." Node heaved.
Peirce didn't say a word, still panting.
The pregnant woman approached the panting teenaged child after checking if her children were alright at where they were safeguarded.
"Get up kid," The pregnant woman ordered. Peirce gruntingly looked at her, then got up, staggered a little. The woman looked at his skinny body to his face. "My husband told me many things about you which some was… Unclear and Unbelievable, now seeing what you could accomplish, I now have my reasons to believe him. Are you sure you are really a direct descendant of an Inhumane?"
"Thank goodness someone understand the way I always feel when I'm around him." Node said from behind.
"For example my children are given birth to from my womb, an Inhumane and their father, a Beast being, as you two noticed earlier every one of my child are differentiated by genetic variation, three of them are inhumane like me while the remaining two are Beast beings like their father however never have I see or learn that a single being could carry the genes of two race as one… may I ask who are your parents?"
Peirce lowered his head, forcefully swallowed.
Node sighed. "He never had one… I was told by my parents and from every other older beings' mouth in the village. I don't think he—" Node eyes suddenly widened as he stroked his long hair and rubbed his face. "Sorry, Peirce. I don't mean to answer your personal question… my apologies."
"It's alright." Peirce forced a smile. Node stood up with a gasp walked to Peirce then placed his hand on his bushy hair dusting the sands on it.
"Do not dismay yourself, you have Sniffia and I with you and... I never get to apologize for everything I've done and the rotten things spoken about you in the past. I'm sorry. Will you ever forgive me, will you ever forgive everyone in the village?" Node pleaded as he removed his hand from Peirce's head.
Peirce exhaled. This was not how he dreamt about the whole village apologizing to him but he least expected Node, once a bully apologized to him. then he smiled rubbing his nape.
Node nodded looked at Peirce's hair.
"Gosh when will you get a hair cut, it's already these bushy. Wait a minute someone is missing."
They both looked into each other's eyes then their eyes widened.
"Sniffia!"
"Foxy—I mean Sniffia! We are going to get her!" He looked at the pregnant woman in a rush. "Thanks for everything."
The pregnant woman gently slapped her forehead, "Unlucky idiots…" turning back, she held her belly bulging out of her cloth with a grunt.
The two boys looked back at her, concerned.
"Anything the problem, Ma'am?" Peirce asked.
"--Nothing, I'm alright—your friend needs you both…" She grunted; Don't come out yet. Hold it in. Mummy will soon--
"And who can that friend be?" The huntress spoke walking to them, overshadowed by the cloudy sky above letting in a little light illuminated from the full moon reflecting on her bloody skean.
The pregnant woman groaned as she hit her fist on the wigwam with a scowl.
"Not again…"
The huntress looked at the bloody skean in her hand.
"You see boys~ the friend you are all looking for… " then she raised it to them, "Is dead,"
Peirce's and Node's eyes went round.
"Well my weapon here can testify."
