All questions were asked. Yet with disbelief Flavius wondered if all this said about the boy was all a hoax.
"I believe, in his early teenage years…" He answered Flavius.
"And who was he with? A girl… any older Inhumane?" Jared asked to be sure if Lazarus kept his promise.
"Yes, Lord Jared, they were three teenagers, two boys and a girl tagged along with who might be called the shadow Inhumane…"
"Huh, the shadow Inhumane?!" Flavius exclaimed as he stared into Herminia's hazel eyes then he shrugged his shoulders with his arms slightly raised,
"haven't heard of him."
Herminia rolled her eyes away. Why was he surprised on hearing his name then?!
—oh, I totally forgotten about the second boy. Jared said to himself.
"The older Inhumane escaped the tunnels with the three teenagers with the help of a strange little girl. I witnessed it myself."
Jared puts his hand on his beards, staring at the royal guard in red cape.
Hmm, sounds like he'd as promise—
"However… many things felt off during the inspections," the red caped royal guard added, as everyone all focused on him, listening to what he needed to say.
"… A charred being stuck in the wall in a crumbling room nothing special about it maybe it was all Lord Abbey's or caught up with the green glow— Yeah— The first was the same mystifying Inhumane boy in green glows, he released the Beast beings inside the all glass confinement which I witnessed his glowing green-hot technique was strong enough to melt away the confinement large glass along with their chains with such level of concentration the Beast beings were in one piece unbelievable… then their sudden exit made me think they were onto me, so I… got scared and… bolted."
"An Inhumane could do that much, are they evolving?" Flavius asked. What sorcery…
"… Once I escaped to the surface, among the ruins I spotted a lifeless being in his pool of blood, I thought maybe he was killed by one of us but the small holes on his back reads otherwise; trying to figure out what actually happened then the grounds shook and I watched Lord Gage fighting three unknown beings—not to be caught in his fierce battle, I went back into the ground…"
Glad they escaped the city. Jared said to himself then he looked at the red caped royal guard,
"Any other strange things beneath us?"
"Ha, yes! Lord Jared!" The red capped royal guard exclaimed. "When I crawled back down, I was firstly hit by a rotten smell below, crawling further down I spotted the Inhumanes about leaving the tunnel. To my big surprise never to be overlooked unfamiliar beings behind two large bars opposite each other, at first I thought they were prisoners however looking closely they appeared not like us, nor the Inhumanes or the Beast beings—They snarls and they don't look and move in normal senses."
"You mean the creepers." The glowing Inhumane said behind, everyone looked at him, "right, who else will you see but the creepers, what you saw were the once Grotto Nymphs' moving corpses. Brought back to life by Frankenstein."
"You got to be kidding, moving corpses? Created by a Humane just like us?" Flavius questioned.
"That I don't know where he comes from or the reason why he was born but I know one thing about him." The glowing Inhumane looked at everyone there.
"He is Ambitious; you heard it from me first, with the help of the Forest Nymphs. Both parties creating no created so to say a perfect warrior for world domination, it's so cowardly boring coming up with that kind of plan. And here is another reason I joined, to spy on them of course."
"The Forest Nymphs…?! That where the King went to, so we heard… this must be a trap." Flavius said.
"We don't know yet, let's not jump right into conclusions..." Herminia said then she stared at Jared.
Jared clenched his fist as he listened.
"Are we to go to the Forest Nymphs or go down the tunnels and kill every single one of those abominations or go back to our kingdom and wait for the King of any situations he found there?" Gage questioned as he walked up to them.
Flavius, Herminia and the other royal guard in red cape all bowed to him, Gage in his unscathed reflective iconic armor looked at them then to Jared.
"Your call."
Jared lowered his eyes thinking, he had once went back to a certain location where the King was, thinking he might be in trouble however the King was absolutely fine then he was told never to come to his aid but stay within the walls of the kingdom and protect it, if he goes down, the kingdom would be targeted next… Hmmm. What about the so called creepers what will be the outcome of leaving them here? Re-killing the Grotto Nymphs will do before going back to the kingdom then. Jared about to speak his mind, he was interrupted by Gage.
"And why do we have a henchman of the bounty collector here with us?" Gage pointed out at the spiky haired male behind him, against the wall holding the large hammer around his shoulders while snoring.
"… He only joined them for vengeance." Jared answered.
"And…"
"Now that everything's taken care of. He will be following me back to the kingdom."
Gage looked at him; over the years he knew Jared was the type of Humane who did the most ferocious things outside the kingdom than any of the Divine Humanes; he'd martyr, invade, destroy, oppress those who went against the Humanes Kingdom in spite of all that he had such a soft side to beings he thinks they needed a little bit of help just like that little girl he saved many years ago, from what've gathered so far it was the girl's fault we are here.
"Well I, don't have all the say here." Gage spoke. "Granted the other Divine Humanes and Lord Abbey consider you taking him along to the Humane Kingdom, I will consider it and if he's plotting something crazy I promise you Lord Jared. I will annihilate him myself and he won't see it coming." He looked at the glowing boy. It will be a good chance to interrogate the kid once we are within the walls, because I haven't think of a perfect reason why they had a fight against us... hmmm... something is rotten somewhere.
Meanwhile underneath the city of bounty hunters, inside Frankenstein's damaged lab, a gust of air, flowers, leaves and little twirls of water appeared out from the ground materializing four beings within.
A figure of a man walked a few steps from them, inspecting the whole area,
"I said, take me to Frankenstein's lab not a corral filled with destroyed metals and glasses—" The official said as he straightened the bokdu hat on his head while staring at the torn off roof.
"This is Frankenstein's lab, we never make mistake in teleporting to our predetermine positions. So stop whining and look for a reason why his research lab is like this." The female hunter said as she and the remaining two hunters examined the destroyed room.
"Sure, Sure… sorry I was a little tense, that's why." He sighed as he stepped on dried blood, looked down then squatted holding up his fancy apparel, traced his eyes to his left noticed along the metals ruins few meters from the dried blood, feet visibly printed on the darkened floor near the half melted metallic inclined bed. Hmmm. What happened here? Was it an experiment got wrong?
"Uhm. we found him," a male hunter revealed.
The official turned to the direction as his eyes widened. "Oh my goodness. Why is someone smashed in the wall looking like that?"
Everyone walked to the being stuck in the wall lightly smoking, wondering how in the world did such being entered the wall.
The official looked at what was on his hand as he squinted his eyes then tried taking the strange screen from Frankenstein's hand however it was unmovable. The official blinked strained grunting while staring at what he thinks was dead.
"He won't let go of it, who the hell is this guy?!"
"That's Frankenstein." The female hunter told.
"Frankenstein?! How did he end up inside a wall looking like a smoked fish?! Ugh! Let go of what you are holding… if you are dead!" The official grunted, his two legs on the darkened walls and two hands on the strange screen trying his best to take it off Frankenstein's hand.
"Lets not prey more onto this," The female hunter held the man on his shoulder, he removed his hands and legs,
"we are taking him back with us to meet the true king of the Forest Nymphs. Dead or Alive." She said then looked at Frankenstein in the wall.
Who did this to him?...
Have they know of our plans?
... Know of Project Liberation?
